The staff are all friendly and professional with the exception for Trudy. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and she has not improved one bit. Trudy is Still the same mean grumpy lady. If you don’t customer service maybe it’s time for another job so you don’t deal with people.

Not to be confused with Come Erica Bank, which is the bank that's always closed because I'm in the back servicing Erica using all my skills. Pretty sleepy little bank with a useful ATM out in Troy, a cool burb of Detroit, that is pretty accessible if you're on this side of the road which I was the time that I stopped here to use the ATM. Glad this bank is here and now it's on Yelp as well!
