This clinic is terrible the staff sits around not pulling charts the female doctor yells at employees in front of patients very dirty lots of dust they do not wipe down the rooms they just pull the table paper down you can literally here the doctors talking to other patients through the room which is against hippa laws no one washes their hands before taking vitals or let alone sanitize their hands very rude and unprofessional staffing I would never visit this location again

I loved almost everything about this Concentra location. Most of the medical staff was very courteous and professional, except one; she really ruined my day! That's why I did not rate 5 stars. The nurse was very, Very low speaking as she guided me through the vision test, then did my blood pressure, etc.
She avoided eye contact with me most of the time which further made her voice volume even lower. To me, her behavior was very unpleasant and very unprofessional! By the way, I do have great hearing! I heard the rest of the medical team members perfectly fine!
So when I returned within 3 days to have my TB reading, that same nurse did the reading. Again, I could not hear her and still no eye contact from her! I had to ask the front desk nurse, what that woman said, if I was free to go or should I wait in the lobby or what?

Great experience and was in and out. Pleasant staff and very efficient. My only complaint is their scale added 12 lbs. when I know I am no where near 160 lbs. They need their scale looked at and calibrated. I had a physical at my PCP and I weighed in at 148 lbs which is consistent with my home scale. I checked my weight again at work that night and that scale had me at 149.2 lbs. Outside of that it was a nice experience for a work physical.

Front desk employee Jennifer is extremely unprofessional and seemingly unstable. She was rude raised her voice and tried to get me kicked out because she didn’t want to acknowledge or look at my paperwork. This in turn caused my blood pressure to be elevated which cost me an extra hour of time! She had to be talked to by the manager but in my opinion she should not be working the front desk given the affect her poor attitude can have on people in this medical setting!
