staff was rude besides the MA and the doctor. it was my first time there and although confused they treated me very rudely, as i’ve also heard that this is very common with most customers for this company in a whole. i don’t recommend doing business with them ?.

CLEAN ATMOSPHERE... ALTHOUGH THE NURSE SPOKE AS I APPROACH THE DESK IT WASN'T PLEASANT IT WAS MORE LIKE I WAS SOMEONE GETTING ON HER NERVES. NO SMILE JUST "DRY" IT WASN'T WELCOMING. BUT THE NURSE THAT TOOK CARE OF ME WAS PLEASANT AND SHE APPEARED TO LIKE/ENJOY WHAT SHE'S THERE TO DO.. SO 5 STARS TO HER I WISHED I HAD REMEMBERED HER NAME.. IF YOU DON'T ENJOY WHAT YOU DO YOU WILL GIVE OFF BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BODY LANGUAGE AND VERBALLY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PEOPLE PERSON JOB.. BE KIND AND ENJOY SERVICING THE PEOPLE. BE BLESSED.

I walked in with tip of finger cut off and they were amazing. Told me what was gonna happen and was done in that order. Follow up visit was same way. Great team. Thank you for saving my finger.

Called yesterday to set a pre employment screening appointment was told to just walk in. We'll I did that and now I walk in and they tell me appointment only. And this now is affecting my employment start date which is not ok they need too get it together . I suggest you ask to speak with whomever is in charge if you call for any reason

Concerta can't get it right! In for Random and what do they do?? Attempt CDL Medical card. Now Im stuck here for another hour redoing this because THEY CANT READ THE SCRIPT!?!.!! I know why they got Hacked ??? #cantreadscript#hereonlyforacheck??? Concerta on Maple Rd in Troy. DONT GO HERE!!!

Had to take several job related test, the staff was welcoming and pleasant. The stuff even went the extra mile when they noticed something with my test, that helped my pcp prescribe me the right treatment. This place is highly recommended
