It’s safe, well-maintained, and has a friendly atmosphere. The amenities are great, and management is responsive. It truly feels like home, with wonderful neighbors and a peaceful environment. Highly recommend!

I moved in a few months ago and have had a great experience. Veronika and the maintenance crew have helped me so many times in a prompt manner. My unit itself was clean and fresh when I moved in. Any concerns were taken care of within two days of me submitting a request. I love the location and safety of this complex. Would choose this complex again and again:)

Our two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment layout is conveniently designed and easy to navigate. We enjoy our porch which overlooks the green area and pond. The complex has a resort-like feel thanks to the beautiful pool, amenities, and year-round events. Veronika, is tuned in to all our requests and works diligently to see that our needs are met. The maintenance team is second to none!

I really enjoyed my tour of the community. The amenities are beautiful (especially the pool). The manager, I believe her name was Veronica was awesome. She was thorough, patient and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend Cornerstone.

Lived here for a year and I absolutely loved it. I'm actually thinking I'll be back since I loved it so so much. Maintenance was amazing and so was Veronika, she made my move so easy and peaceful.. I definitely recommend moving here best experience in an apartment I've had in a long time. Great place to live

Living at Cornerstone at Troy Apartments has been an absolute joy. As a renter, I've found this place to be a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community.
The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained, providing a cozy retreat after a long day. The amenities are a real highlight - the outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing on warm Michigan days, and the fitness center helps me stay active without needing a separate gym membership.
What really sets Cornerstone apart is its fantastic location. Being just minutes away from Somerset Collection means I'm never far from great shopping and dining options. The easy access to major highways like I-75, I-94, and I-696 makes commuting and exploring the metro Detroit area a breeze.
The staff here deserve a special mention. They're always friendly, responsive, and go out of their way to make residents feel at home. Their positive attitude really contributes to the welcoming atmosphere of the community.

Cornerstone at Troy is the most perfect place to live. It is conveniently located to all shops and restaurants. The staff including front desk and maintenance are kind and compassionate. Not to mention the amenities such as a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, pond, billiards table, and racquet ball. I have only had one issue with my dishwasher while living here 1 year, and it was addressed and fixed within 48hrs. I highly recommend this apartment complex, while expensive, is well worth the price.
