If I could give this pharmacy a negative rating I would.The Pharmacy/ Pharmacist is an absolute joke at this CVS. First they call and say a prescription is ready, when I go to the pharmacist he says it's not ready and that it's the fault of the automatic notification system. Then I return at 1:45 to be told that the pharmacy is closed for lunchtime and that there computers are down BUT if I'm paying cash I can wait around 15 minutes.I obviously waited and then the pharmacist tells me " our computer is still not working so I can't pick up the prescription " I told him that he said to wait if I was paying cash and he had the nerve to tell me that he never said that. I don't care for poor customer service and I absolutely hate being lied to.

This has been my Fantastic pharmacy for 15 to 20 years. They provide all the pharmacy needs for my family of four and I know them each by name and feel that they work hard and have my best interest in mind. they go out of their way to be helpful, supportive and informative and I just think they are all fantastic people and I'm grateful for each of them.Any frustration that I have with Cvs is usually more due to stupid policies, procedures, and technology of CVS and health insurance providers and the laws that govern the dispensing of medication.(I really have a hard time believing some of these negative reviews and I think people need to rethink where the problem lies instead of blaming the pharmacist.)

The pharmacy staff are very helpful and take the time to point out possible drug interaction or effects of new medication.

I arrived here to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy closes at 5:00, I arrived at 5:05. The pharmacy tech informed me that “she's locked everything up†referring to the pharmacist standing at the register talking on the phone. At no point in time did either of them give me the pharmacy hours. The pharmacist got off the phone looked at me blankly and said “sorryâ€. Its interactions like this that result in customers changing pharmacies. It would've taken two minutes of their time to grab the script. This is my first and last time filling a script at this particular CVS location.

was out of town, needed to pick up prescriptions. tried to have them transferred here. pharmacy associate i spoke to on the phone did not know how to pull up my information.
