I have had good experiences with pharmacy staff at this location. I keep conducting my Rx needs with them because of this. The drive is very convenient. I have been able to get needed vaccines here as well.

There's one basket and it only has 1 handle. Not conducive to buying much. Store looks stocked well, but upon closer look, it's not. ?

Earlier today, two prescriptions that I archived months ago were refilled--this was wasteful. The archived items should be removed, and not refilled. I had two other prescriptions refilled that were valid. The second was a little late in the day--past 4 PM, but they put it together while I waited. It was due to be filled that day.

We had the WORST service EVER, at Big Beaver, Troy Mi. We waited 45 minutes.The woman in front of us left after finally getting to the window and beeped her horn no one came so she left. We waited 10 minutes at the window and he finally came with ZERO apologies. He’s RUDE!I have a video of the pharmacist, but it won’t allow me to share. Lastly, he’s RUDE EVERY time we go and/or call. Something needs to be done by CVS regarding him.

I really like CVS (the store) because of their stance on tobacco products and their clean stores. However the pharmacy has recently started to utilize robocallers that will call you relentlessly through all hours of the day asking you to schedule your prescriptions with no option to STOP. This has been going on for months with multiple calls and messages every two days. I eventually had to block their number. You think they would get the hint when the persons hangs up after a dozen or so calls. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS, STOP IT!!!!

Terrible experience period...feel like I am being discriminated against or something ...I had surgery and the doctor gave me a prescription for percocet and NO cvs has it.. how!? And I went to a target cvs pharmacy the doc there sent me to a specifically told me what cvs to go to and they act like they never had it ... total fail I feel some bull is going on

Understaffed and unorganized. I dropped off my script yesterday evening and was assured it would be filled when I came to get it today. I got a phone call about an hour ago that there was an issue with my insurance. I go in, I'm told to call insurance and that my script was being filled. I fix the issue, I come back in, and am then told it's going to take 20 minutes to fill. I realize that errors happen, but this all could have been handled when I dropped my script off yesterday. They were too busy then as well as they said it would be an hour wait. Waiting 24 hours before they tried to fill my script or call my insurance has been a hassle for me. I'm never using this location again. I wish I hadn't left my old pharmacy.

Quick service and was pleasantly surprised with how cheap everything was on my last purchase! Gotta love extra bucks haha!
