Front attendants at John R location in Troy are very nice and helpful but pharmacist there
is very rude and always has an attitude. She will turn her nose up and shake her head at you as if she is giving the medication away to an inferior person. Prefer the CVS at Long Lake and Livernoise, pharmacists there are always polite and courteous.

CVS send you coupon to your email and the coupon is not working in the store.They just want you to go in their store and made you pay without coupon Bad,bad.

Worst pharmacist ever! I'll never go back afraid she might mess with my meds, scary rude dead-eyed, like she hates people. And why are all the pharmacist Indian seems discriminatory. Stay away from this place

Customer service is definitely lacking compared to all other CVS. Came in for a simple return and I had lost the receipt and thought they could look up by phone #. The guy at the front told me no and I asked could I even get a store credit he said no (it was for a self tanner which was FULL cause I grab the wrong level) I pulled up CVS policy where it shows without a receipt you can get store credit, he corrected me and said, 'MAY get store credit." I'm not sure what kinda power trip this kid was going on I asked him to call the manager he did the same thing. I dont usually go to this CVS and I'll make sure I dont from now on. Went to my usual one on 15 and Ryan told them the situation and with a smile and wonderful attitude issued me a store credit without the power trip lol. I'd stick with 15 mile much better customer care and service.

Almost all other pharmacists at this location are kind and very helpful. Joyce is a catastrophic exception. She just has the air and attitude that she owns CVS. If she feels this job is beneath her, may be she should find something else to do. Cannot fathom CVS putting up with her after all the negative reviews about her on Google. Truly CVS doesn't take its reviews seriously.

Never had I ever been treated with such rudeness at any CVS like Joyce did it today. There was some confusion about insurance payments, where the web page indicated one thing and the store had a different policy, nothing that couldn’t have clarified with a brief dialogue. Instead, joyce (showing no joy at all…) treated us like beggars. Horrible experience.

The pharmacy staff is WORST. They do not tell you if they are out of some drug until u go for pickup. And then they route u to wrong branch. Morons. Arrogant irresponsible aholes.

Store manager always Kurt and Rude to customers! Has no people skills. Unprofessional!I don’t remember the woman’s name. I don’t enjoy shopping here at this location, I avoid this place and go to other stores a better overall experience shopping elsewhere at another nearby location!

Came in and got two powerball tickets the store was spotless and the staff was so friendly. I’ll definitely be back again soon.
