I have been a customer at this store for five years. I pick up all my family’s prescriptions from this pharmacy and regularly shop here for over-the-counter medications and other essentials.
On January 7, 2025, my husband and I went shopping and picked up several items. During checkout at register 4, the employee named "Shakhawatu" was wearing AirPods the entire time. There was only one customer behind us. I was placing items one by one to avoid duplicate charges, which seemed to frustrate him. He repeatedly told us to "be in a rush, there is a customer behind you."
My husband asked if he wanted to assist the customer behind us while we paused our transaction, but the employee refused and kept insisting we hurry. I politely told him he could not rush us as customers, but he responded, "No, I can tell you to be in a rush."
My husband, who works in customer service, explained how unprofessional his behavior was. When we asked for a manager, he refused, told us no one else was here, raised his voice, and falsely claimed he was the manager. We knew this was untrue, as we had seen the actual store manager earlier. Since the situation was escalating, we chose to stop our transaction, and he checked out the next customer instead while we were at the register.
I used to work at CVS as a front store cashier and a pharmacy technician. I've handled far longer lines with multiple customers waiting, yet I always treated every customer with a smile and respect. This kind of treatment from CVS staff was disappointing and unacceptable.
I then went to the employee office and knocked, asking for help. The manager responded from behind the closed door, saying she was busy. She refused to open the door but claimed Shakhawatu was also a manager and said she would come out in two minutes.
When she finally came to the front, she did not apologize or address the situation. Instead, she allowed Shakhawatu to complete our checkout. After explaining everything again, her only response was, "Have a good night."
We expressed our dissatisfaction and said we would not return, but she seemed unconcerned.
CVS needs to be more selective when hiring and ensure proper customer service training. Due to this experience, we will be moving our business to somewhere else.

Unfortunately after giving it a second shot, my photo printing experience was not good. The photo paper is a step up from printer paper, tops of photos are chopped and some photos are randomly blurry.

Love getting my nails done, but sometimes life is hectic. Grabbed these at a quick trip to CVS. These nails are amazing and last up to two weeks if properly prepped. They are great in a pinch and if you don’t have time to book an appointment at a salon, these will look like a fresh mani. The new chrome style is beyond amazing. ??❤️??

There’s never anyone at the front to ring people out and there’s always issues with self checkout- which defeats the purpose of self checkout. It’s a waste of time to go here- you’re better off shopping literally anywhere else in the area.
