If this is the up and coming future of pharmacy we are IN TROUBLE!! My client needs a medication that requires a specific apparatus to dispense it. This pharmacy has been sitting on a request for the apparatus to be replaced bc the one we received DID not work upon receipt. We notified on 11/21. It's now 11/26 and I followed up. They will NOT replace it bc they have to make sure insurance will cover it. This is not an insurance issue! It's a shipping issue! If your company didn't purchase shipping insurance, then eat the cost and replace it. My client is the one suffering here!! Over a week now without essential meds b/c DirectRx needs to make sure they can be paid for this apparatus that arrived defective. WOW.... just wow!I definitely want to depend on them to send me my meds in a timely manner!!! TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!!!

All the years I have been dealing with Direct RX has been a wonderful experience. I call my needs into Ashly and she takes care of my order, sends me an E-Mail tracking number and and I have always gotten my shipments in a very timely manner. The only problem has was I was using FED-X and they were not very dependable so I had Ashley change my shipments to USPS and it has been great. Since then everything works very well,. Ashley has been a very great person to deal with. She handles my needs very well and I am able to talk with her if any time I need to check on something. She is the greatest and is working for a very good company.

The BEST mail order Pharmacy I've ever used. They work directly with your insurance to assure coverage at the best price. They're very thorough communicating with their customers by email and voice messaging. Medications are delivered quickly. They are highly recommended.

I have nothing but a very positive review of DirectRx. Everyone has always been professional in every aspect. I have dealt with Ashley a lot and she has helped me to make sure I understood the medicines I take along with making sure my prescriptions are up to date. Even went as far as suggesting a strategy to help me quit smoking which I am using now. You can't go wrong with DirectRx!

I am a74 year old with two severe lung diseases. I am now attached to an oxygen concentrator indoors/outdoors 24/7. If I don’t have my breathing medication I can count the minutes to a stroke, heart attack or worse. Perhaps you imagine my surprise and then anxiety when my pulmonologist wanted to order my two nebulizing medications through a mail order pharmacy at the other end of the country!What if there were a delay? What if my order fell through the cracks? What if something I hadn’t thought of?My concerns were immediately relieved and my anxiety dissipated when I first contacted DirectX. I had the pleasure of speaking with Ashley, the head of shipping at that time, who was professional, personable, knowledgeable and took my concerns into her hands as if they were her mother’s or her own. This set the standard for my interactions with DirectX ever since I have been with them. I have yet to be disappointed.Every single person with whom I’ve interacted has taken my concerns or questions seriously and acted proactively to answer or resolve the situation. On one occasion my insurance company screwed up and it looked like I might run out. Ashley promised me that she would stay on the insurance company’s back as it were to get things figured out and reassured me that I wasn’t in this situation alone. Can you imagine the relief and gratitudeI felt?!On another occasion, DirectX made a mistake and immediately fixed the situation, no jumping through hoops on my part or delays or passing the buck on theirs. I am old enough to know that every company makes mistakes. So whether or not they make mistakes is not the question. The question is what how will that company respond to that mistake. DirectX immediately admitted it and corrected it. Who can realistically ask for more, especially in this day and age???Of course these people are not family members. They are not friends. But they are the next best thing! They are service providers who actually give a (insert the word of your choice) about you, the patient, their integrity and the integrity of the company. They have earned my respect, trust and yes for one or two of them, even my affection. (BTY, this is a family run business and, of course, it is TPTB, the family, that sets the stage for this level of commitment and service.)You can trust this company, perhaps even with your life because at least in my experience, I have, as you can see lived thus far to tell the tale!Give them a try… and tell Ashley Christopher said Hi.

Always on top of what medicines and when I need to reorder.! I never have to worry about placing an order or if the meds will arrive in time before I run out. They have refills down to a science! Wish they could manage my CPAP supplies!!!

Toxic work environment. Call center vibes. They tell you one thing while doing other things behind your back. And by all means NO matter what they say please don't feel that it safe to speak in regards to a matter that makes you feel unsafe. It'll only end up bad for you. I don't want to see anyone in my position. Save yourself! Keep looking!!! You can do better!!!

They keep sending me boxes of medication for a previous tenant, smells like medicare fraud I have called them multiple times. Stay far away...
