“One of the best dollar stores in Macomb County. I found several craft items I needed for making my junk journal. They have the biggest craft section of anyone I know of”
“This is one of the most nicely stocked dollar trees that I have been to in south eastern Michigan. Very neat very clean. Very nice customer service. All except for the manager who is currently on duty Friday, June 21 at 2:30 PM. She rudely bumped into the cash register lady who was servicing me , trying to reach for something, then went onto accuse me of tearing a tag off of a five dollar beach towel as if I was going to get it for one dollar, my whole total was $80 with other five dollars items included , ma’am nothing about me would ever have to do that. The way she talked to other people was rude. I hope corporate sees this message and she is reprimanded. Do better maam”
“This is the best Dollar Tree around. They always have every single item in stock!! I have worked in Retail since the age of 15. If you want a shopping experience with good service go here. I don’t have time to write reviews but I’m doing this because they deserve recognition. Located on the NORTHWEST corner of 12 & Greenfield NEXT to Wendy’s I drive past 2 dollar trees just to go here”
“What an awesome and a very clean place the staff and management are really kind and helpful, if you can't find a particular item they'll helpful you find it or order it for you, I've seen some big changes since new management came and took over,
Ms. Sally and Ms. Diane are truly the best, thank you for the hard work you two put into this store... I really enjoy seeing the one manager with pink hair she's definitely the coolest one there she has a great sense of humor I wish there was more people like her but yes this is definitely by far the BEST Dollar Tree in the area.... Thank you so much for the wonderful service y'all give to the customers”
“This store is neat, clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly. I like this store because they seem to have more stock than the store on 23 Mile Road. I visit both stores weekly and this one is my favorite.”
“I love this place for 1) gift wrapping supplies, 2) small candy indulgences, 3) young child amusements, 3) inexpensive cleaning supplies. Definitely cheaper than 7-11 for snacks, too”
“The stock at this store is better than most and the aisles are generally not cluttered, as they are at some Dollar Tree locations. But what really sets this store apart is its employees, who are almost always pleasant and helpful. You won't find that at too many other retail establishments.”
“Love to run in here and just grab their great selection of magazines at a dollar a piece. I take them to the nursing home or hospitals when I am visiting friends or clients. They're always very friendly and helpful.”
“My recent visit to Dollar General on 11 Mile Road in Southfield was fantastic! I initially came in looking for folders, but I stumbled upon some amazing grocery items as well. I was thrilled to find flavored coffee creamer that would have cost me three times as much at a traditional grocery store. The selection was great, and the prices were unbeatable! I'll definitely be returning for both my office supplies and groceries.”
“My name is Ann T.
About a week ago I was frantically looking for a store to load money onto my Netspend card. Your employee, I found out today, whose name is Jaylen, was very professional, and provided excellent customer service. Due to his excellent attitude, I decided to see if I could pay money on 2 of my credit cards at this location. I was waited on by, yes get this, another wonderful employee, Andrina!(I apologize if I misspelled her name, I had the nerve to ask her to spell it, but I still may have spelled it wrong). She was very proficient with my 2 credit card transactions, and very friendly while ringing up my basket full of items. She even helped me get my items situated to get in my car. I couldn't let tonight pass without recognizing Jaylen & Andrina! They are both assets to Family Dollar! Sincerely,
Ann T.”
“We went to Dollar Tree to grab decorations for my daughter’s birthday party, and the trip couldn’t have gone smoother. The store was quiet and calm, which was exactly what I wanted while trying to find party supplies. We picked up unicorn-themed decorations, plates, napkins, balloons—you name it, they had it.
I even grabbed a $1.25 USB vacuum, which gave us a good laugh later when it barely had any suction power. But hey, for $1.25, what do you expect? ? Overall, it was a great trip, and I’d definitely recommend this Dollar Tree location. It’s bigger than most, and there’s a good variety of products to choose from.”
“For the most part I love this store very friendly staff and well stocked but today 1-17-25 I bought some store brand candles they had a few broken sets for discount but I got an unbroken set but after I got home I found 1 of the 2 pack broken and cut myself on the broken glass i’m not the gonna sue you type but still they need to do better”
“This dollar tree is always organized, well kept, and clean. Everything is organized well managed.
I love this location, who ever is in charge of running this store deserves recognition.

“My grandma and her friend were in the store shopping earlier and her friend thought she lost her phone there. I called up and reached the store manager, Shaina. She went above and beyond looking for her phone, even went as far as to check the cameras. She took my number down in case she ran across it. 10/10 super nice lady and extremely helpful. Thanks Shaina! And sorry if I spelled your name wrong.”
“If you're looking for more than the usual Dollar Tree selection, this location is a Superstore. Expanded selection of regular $1.25 items, and an expanded grocery including TWELVE coolers of frozen and refrigerated items. Some frozen foods are Dollar Tree Plus priced at $3, $4, and $5 and feature name brands such as Red Baron Pizza and Gorton's fish fillets. Also a great place to stock up on $1.25 snacks and beverages for road trips. There are also a couple of aisles of Plus items in the general merchandise. Their $5 laundry basket is an excellent value, durable and with good capacity. This store is open till 10pm M-Sat, 9pm Sun. This is one hour later than most Dollar Tree stores.”
“$1 or rather $1.59/$1.29 stire. Wide variety of goods though, cards, school/office supplies, plastic and disposable plates, cleaning products, kitchen, cell phone accessories, nail and makeup supplies, balloons of all sizes, gift bags, candy, chips, lottery store too.”
“It needs to be replaced with the name Dollar25?? which is what everyone pays since inflation made the cost of everything increase substantially since the pandemic. This shop location is great for having the biggest sized and beautiful Valentine’s Day sparkle hearts. Other favourites to buy occasionally are greeting cards. I buy generic scotch tape, and duct tape to keep aluminium foil taped around the inside walls of our 3 cats hooded litter boxes. I buy bleach, Scotties tissue, and found some religious Christian prayer cards, and religious journals, and sometimes they have unique and pretty Christmas ornaments, and sometimes they have coffee mugs (with mentions of cats) such as I’m only speaking to my cat today.”
“This door has a clean appearance to it.. Most Family Dollar stores are cluttered and Messy. I don't know the cashier's name but he was very friendly and polite.. He was there on monday may fifteenth around three p m. A very nice guy.”
“Running errands this morning and Dollar Tree was on my list. They had everything I needed. Thank you very much. Although I don't remember her name, but the cashier who helped me was very kind and friendly. She didn't just point to an aisle, she actually walked to to what I needed. I really appreciated that. Thank you Dollar Tree.”
“The Oak Park Family Dollar is a remarkable store. Oh, it has all the $ store typical problems: staff shortage, stocking problems, etc. But, unlike the other chain stores this store is larger. It carries stuff that the other stores do not carry. The expanded inventories are for every department from food to cat food to cookware. The Oak Park store is spacious. Aisles are well marked. And checkout has a logical set up. They even have lots of grocery carts, which is something that I would rarely say about other $stores.Store is located in the strip mall at the southeast corner of 10 mile and Coolidge.”
“Was really impressed by the clean and neat store. The cashier Tasha was extremely helpful and polite. The store manager Willie was excellent! Thanks for making pontiac great.”
“Always a great time at DOLLAR TREE.It amazes me that the store has such a friendly organized business. These stores have very interesting new products all the time. Always great items to do crafting with.”
“Seems like this location has new management since I've been at this location, the store manager is really cool and helpful and so are her employees, the store seems to be kept clean and organized, if I can't find something I'm looking for the manager or other employees are willing to help you find whatever it is that your looking for, I mean this location basically has everything all in one store, I highly recommend everyone come to this location”
“Bright New Superstore! Immaculate new location with plenty of regular-line $1.25 items, and a full line of "Plus" items up to $5. All "plus" items are clearly marked. Expanded grocery section with many canned goods (try the Pampa mushrooms), many shelf-stable groceries (including milk), and a small selection of baked goods. (Elie's bagels are great, as is the Gold Medal wheat bread; both $1.25/pkg.) Also a 12-door cooler section of refrigerated and frozen foods. Many name brands in the frozen section: think Red Baron and Tony's Pizza, Breyer's ice cream (all 3 are Plus items), and frozen Tina's Big Burritos for $1.25. Orange juice in the cooler is surprisingly good: tasty, not dilute or bitter; only $1.25/ 20 oz.Happy grocery shopping!”
“I struggle with what to do as so many things we buy innocently or without awareness these days come from China. Considering it has been referred to as the "food desert", I have found some really healthier choices for packing my lightweight cooler bag for our adventures. Frozen fruit, wasabi peas, unsalted nut single packs, microwave brown rice packs, brown rice cakes, almond milk (unsweetened), and new things I see are amongst my "Yay" list. Trying to do 1% better everyday, I am still finding my car still finds it's way there. I also am an innovator and artist and I can't find anything that comes close for the treasures I find there. I'm hoping that Dollar Tree can keep trending towards a better, not bitter way. I'm witnessing the progress and crossing my pool noodles.”
“This particular one is the Walton At Pontiac! The service is excellent and there is a Latin boy who serves... WONDERFUL! He is super nice, very attentive, very kind! I like going there!”
“Every time I go into family dollar on ten mile near telegraph the cashier's are so nice especially the manager can't remember her name but she has the most beautiful eyes and a young lady name unity they are so nice to me you need more people like them in your stores that gives good quality service and actually care about the customer needs”
“First time buying paper since getting into book arts and I went to French online at the recommendation of my teacher. Shipping was SUPER fast and very, very protected. Paper was first shrink wrapped with a thick corrugated backing and then packed into a corrugated box with fold-over protected edges. Will definitely shop here again.”
