Today at 1:50 pm I bought $10:60 home and kitchen cleaning items. And I asked the register, ca n I keep my bag here? She told me ok and the she told me that ok you cam carry it inside if I want. Then I told the register lady pls keep it here. When I came back they told me somebody took my bag. I requested her to check the camera, she behaved very rough on me and told me to get out.
Jow I can get the solution??

We are truck drivers that parked as far away as possible in your lot. Two guys in black hoodies put boots on my windshield and trailer. They made no attempt to knock on my truck. They scratched my cab with their ladder. I started my truck and exchanged words from inside my cab with them. They cussed at me multiple times. I replied in turn. Police were called.
It cost me $1600 to have the boot removed.
That's a great big middle finger to myself and my industry that kept food on the tables for this nation when everyone was locked up during covid. I just needed 3 hours to park and there is no other parking in this area.

Deborah was very rude and arrogant
My stuff was in a basket when i set it down on the conveyor belt because the women in front of me had a whole conveyor full of stuff. As it came to me she asked me to take my stuff out of the basket and I did. No hesitation or talking back. While im putting my basket away she proceeded to talk about me to another customer about how “at the dollar tree you should know to take your stuff out of the basket” and making fun or me for the two seconds my stuff was there. She was talking about other customers to customers in the store and complaining. She seems like a very negative person who doesnt like her job. And again i literally barely said anything and she was mouthing off to someone else about me. Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. Going to find business elsewhere.

Workers are rude and unprofessional . Was accused for stealing when I brought a couple items in without a receipt I told them i paid with my debit card and they said no we need a receipt because we don't know if you stole it or not … and I know the do exchanges without receipts so they are misinforming customers . Trashy location for it being Birmingham Troy

If I can put 0 stars I would a woman of color with mask is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ! She’s need to go to the military and be a sergeant to yell at them and not customers . She’s going to come across the wrong one ! Just one day ! All the hollering isn’t necessary it’s a way to conduct Business ! If you mad you work there FIND ANOTHER JOB !!!!

Joyce needs to get transferred to a courthouse or tsa the way she is yelling at the customers here. COME ON PEOPLE MOVE !!! Is what she is shouting in the store. It’s the holiday season, no one should be yelled at, a lot of seniors shop here and they aren’t going to run to your counter when you say next. She needs to be spoken to about her customer service cause that was the worst experience I ever had at a dollar tree, my anxiety was thru the roof thinking she was gonna slam something or really piss someone off . Not cool

Hmmm. Dollar tree where everything is $ 1.25 and mow want to change to sell better $5 junk. Each store has its own stock so no store carry every product. Dumb. The ppl are nice for working in a horrible place.
