We are very thankful to have found a doctor that pays attention to details and does not dismiss patient's concerns. She recently found a diagnosis for one of my daughters that the hospital missed twice! It is refreshing not to be treated as just another insurance claim! Thank you dr. Kado!

This office will not care and will not fill out disability paperwork or FMLA paperwork. It took them a week just to tell me no we won't fill them out. They will not care if your job is at stake and they will never call you back. Long wait times in the office. Not really knowing how to handle side effects from medications and just overall a very aggravating experience.If you go to this office, be prepared to deal with one of those doctors who feels too entitled to deal with patients directly

It’s an honor to have a chance to write about our great experience with Dr Kado. She has been taking care of me and my family for several years so far since we moved to Troy MI. Dr Kado is an outstanding doctor and amazing person, very passionate to her patients and knowledgeable about her work, has a great understanding and experience in her field, always opened to hear and listen carefully to her patients, taking care of every detail and take immediate action. Her staff is another story of kindness, compassion and professionalism. They’re very synchronized in their way of caring and being on the same page with every single patient. From the first step to Dr Kado office u you’ll feel that warmth and welcoming nature.I can’t be more proud and confident to recommend Dr Kado to anyone looking for a high level of care.

Edit: dr. Kado reached out to me and it seems she was not made aware of the decisions made by the reception staff. She is a great doctor and I won’t hold this against her. I hope the staff gets adequate training moving forward on communicating with the physician before making absolute decisions on someone’s medical care. Telling someone who NEEDs their medication to function that they couldn’t help me when I lost my job and insurance was not something I needed to hear.Before edit:Absolutely heartless people. I called asking if they could fill a psych prescription because I lost my job and my psych doesn’t take the new insurance I have. I just needed a prescription to tide me over until I could get in with the new specialist in January when I have an appointment. They said no and they said they couldn’t help me with anything and told me to figure it out.

Nice staff, but gross facility. When taking my urine sample , they gave me a dixi cup with no lid to place on a desk next to another unclouded urine sample. I will not be going back.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kado and NP Amanda McKay for years. They are both so patient and understanding, genuinely care about their patients. All of the staff in the office are welcoming and kind. They always listen and ask questions to clarify and make sure they’re seeing every aspect of the patient. I truly appreciate both Dr. Kado and Amanda for caring for my mind and body and helping me along all the rocky paths along the way.

Dr. Kado is always thorough and never rushed when I have an office visit. She is very professional, friendly and positive. It is clear she cares about my well being and is never condescending or overbearing. She always has answers to my questions and documents my concerns. Valina is the best resource in the office. She is super helpful and knowledgeable. She recently took the time to conference me in with my insurance company to make sure the billing and referral process was working correctly. I highly recommend Dr. Kado and her staff.

I've been going to Dr.Kado's office for years. I adore my doctor and all the staff. They've always been understanding, they listen and they do every single test they can think of to solve what ever situation(s) anyone has got going on to the best if their abilities, and they are spot on with solutions. I have been coming to Dr. Kados office for almost 3 years and this is the best primary care doctor i ever had. I only see one person which is NP Amanda McKay and she is the best. She makes me feel very comfortable and i can talk to her about any of my concerns and she is very thorough!

Literally the sloppiest office staff I have ever dealt with. A YEAR after my visit they send me a bill because apparently my insurance didn’t cover it and these losers probably didn’t even charge my insurance with how sloppy they are. Stay away.

I can't say enough good things about Troy Primary Care Center. I've been going there for years now and always look forward to my appointments. Dr. Kado and her team are very knowledgeable and always listen to what I have to say. Her staff and the nurses are all wonderful, friendly, helpful, and caring. I couldn't ask for more.Amanda has been helping me get my thyroid condition and overall healthcare under control, and I don't know what I'd do without her. She's always there with a smile and thoughtful answers to my many questions. The whole staff, from when you walk in to the time you leave, always makes me feel very welcome and taken care of. I highly recommend Troy Primary Care Center!

I LOVE this dr and all of her staff. She is very friendly, well educated and informative. I have had her for about 20 years now. I saw several dr’s before her that never tried to send me for testing on my stomach and she did. She actually cares. When I don’t see her, I am comfortable and happy to see nurse Amanda. They are both very concerned about my health and don’t try to rush me or assume that my health issues are all in my head like previous doctors. I would highly recommend that you chose their office if you want a relaxed environment, friendly conversation and lots of guidance. I am working on the next stage that we talked about to heal my stomach, eliminating bad foods and substituting batter choices.

Dr. Kado is my PCP. I love, love her staff! The girls are polite, respectful and accommodating. That is very hard to find these days. I’ve been Dr. Kado’s patient since 2015 or 2017, I think. I absolutely love her!!!!!! ♥️ She takes the time to listen to her patient and she lets the patient speak. She has never rushed me. She is very thorough. Now my son comes there but has only been seen by the nurse practitioner, Amanda. He thought she was great. I’m considering bringing my 89 year old dad there now because it is difficult to find a good gerontologist too. I’m really hoping he will be welcomed there Please do not let your established reputation change and stay great!
