If I could give this place a 10 star I would! I waited a whole year to write a review. So I could give my honest opinion. I must say I love drive giant gave me a second chance to buying a car, and I have had a terrible experience at a dealership in the past. Drive giant let me put a low rate down and I live my car, I haven’t had any problems. I would definitely keep buying from drive giant! Thank you again.

Gary was awesome, purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Trax with very little money down and damaged credit! He saved me a lot of money on Turo and Uber! No games like other dealerships! Check him out!!

Gary was amazing! Asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for and in what price range and I drove away in my car later that day!!! Hassle free financing and he took care of everything for me. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

My gf purchased a car from this place. The man on the phone was callus and abrupt. It should be against the law to sell lemons to financially strapped people. It should be against the law for finance companies to approve high interest loans on LEMONS. ITS WRONG. WRONG. WRONG.
After months of battling with this company, we've decided to surrender the vehicle. It's a shame that places like this exist. ? People really want a second chance at vehicle ownership. Unfortunately, this is not the place. Honesty and integrity misses the mark.
After, Ubers, Lyfts, mechanic repairs, and car notes, it just placed such a huge financial burden ? on me and my family.
I will never blame the Bank/Financial obligation . I know what we signed up for. But it should be against the law for Car Dealerships to sell cars that are not in working condition to people with financial obstacles.
Please don't allow your desperation and eagerness to be approved cloud your decision making. Take your time. Because, If you don't. It will cost you much more than what you bargain for.
This is the correct dealership. Gary is the person that was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant...

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DRIVE GIANT TO ANYONE!!!!!!!
I’ve had my car for almost 3 years and I’ve never been late with a payment!!! I’m literally only six days late and they shut my car off.
I just transitioned to being self employed and now I’m unable to work. I’m literally missing out on about $1500 dollars!!!!!
Most places won’t do that until you’re 2 months behind! 6 DAYS!!! Only $3000 left on loan!!!!
NO GRACE! DO NOT BUY FROM DRIVE GIANT!!!

Mr. Gary is very well mannered and reasonable. I needed a second chance, due to my credit, not being even decent. If you’re legit, employed and meet the requirements, this establishment can get you in a vehicle easily. I was able to test drive the vehicle too. I appreciate Gary for being straightforward. Reminder Communication is key!

Shady. Purchased a car last year in April 2023. I had to put an engine in May 2023. The seller blamed me for the car overheating after driving it for a few weeks. Now. The horn doesn’t work. The heat nor the Ac doesn’t work. The windshield wipers are not working. And my working relationship with Gary is not working. I’m disappointed that the warranty is purposely Excluding the things that need to be fixed. I called Gary only for him to make remarks that will not resolve my problem. I mean is this place ok with not having repeat customers? Word of mouth is a killer to a business. Transparency is important. I wish i would have had that during the time i was purchasing this car. This is not ok, to sell a lemon to someone that is already financially strapped and in need of a car to get to work. It’s wrong. Plain wrong to do to people this way.
NO you hung up on me and what does the mileage matter if the warranty is for 12 months or 12,000 miles which neither is up but you knew from the jump the car had all those problems how do you sell a car with the horn not working or working when it wants to or the heat not working or lights coming on when you turn on your blinker those are items that should’ve been dealt with before i purchased it now you say it not much you can do because I’ve had the car for a year no it’s only been 9 months and from the looks of the other reviews you guys do this to a lot of people sell them these worthless cars and them shrug it off as if it’s not your problem when 30-60 days the car breaks down when you sale them a warranty that they are still paying for in the note that’s worth the paper it’s written on

They will absolutely get you in a car if that's what you need! I do appreciate that. Past that, you are definitely on your own. Figure out if it right for you before you make a final purchase. Talk through the realities that come with buying a high interest car.

Does anyone know if you can do a trade in ? I got a car through Gary and it will not start , I didn’t get a good look at the car but the maintenance is horrible on it and stuff was falling apart. My bumper falls off every other day my mirror fell off when I closed the door and a lot of stuff is broken on the inside. Id rather have a better car if I’m going to pay almost $600 a month for a car.
