Inside of the store stinks of weed. Only one employee working despite the large size of the store. This one employee was acting & talking as if he was half asleep & was very unhelpful.

After asking twice, no one came to help me look at the binoculars which they had in stock. The binoculars are kept behind the counter with the firearms. I asked TWICE for assistance. Waited 10 minutes then left. So stupid. This store missed out on a $159.00 sale. It’s nice clean store, probably because no one shops there.

Had a great experience in the store on Coolidge. The staff were super friendly and very helpful and the store itself was very organized and tidy!

This place is grossly understaffed. I came in to get a few things and stood at the counter for 10-15 min with no one in sight. I had to leave the store and call in order to get anyone’s attention. It’s Not worth going here if you need to purchase anything that requires someone to unlock anything or ask questions unless you have a lot of time to spend. Great location with poor customer service.

Misleading advertising practices. Shoes were clearly marked as being on sale but when scanned at register, a higher price came up. Store clerk argued with me that it was my fault that I did not read the label. In the attached picture you can clearly see that green and white sneakers show $69. However, this price was actually applicable only to blue shoe on the right.

Shopped at Dunham's Sports specifically for shoes and several recent ocassions and was very pleased with the service. The shoe attendants were very helpful, even while helping multiple customers. I give them 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and highly recommend this store.
