Horrible customer service. The bald guy with the long beard (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name so this is the only way to identify him) clearly doesn't want to work. Refused to appropriately look at my product declaring that it worked properly when it did not. Even showed him with the products in the showroom how it SHOULD work and he refused to do anything. I called Dyson directly, they promptly resolved my issue and agreed that the product was indeed BROKEN. Thanks for wasting my time bald guy with the long beard. If anyone gets this guy, he's not going to do anything to help.
To anyone coming to the service center - they do not go by the posted hours be forewarned.

I wouldn’t put stars as I can’t judge the store itself yet. I would like to talk to someone as I know exactly which piece is broken and I think it’s a relatively easy fix but I don’t want to drive an hour if they won’t fix it. I can’t seem to get anyone to answer the phone.

Brandon was very helpful and informative, he made sure my repair was complete and tested fully. If I have any other issue with any Dyson product, I am confident knowing he would be able to help.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dyson's customer service. After purchasing a product that didn't meet my expectations, I decided to return it for a refund. Little did I know that this simple process would turn into a nightmare. Despite returning the product and following up with multiple calls over the course of two months, I have yet to receive my refund. The lack of communication and accountability from Dyson's customer service team is utterly unacceptable. I expected much better from a company of their caliber. I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Dyson, as their after-sales support leaves much to be desired.

I haven't experienced such great service in a loooong time. Steve was helping me before I even completed the registration process (which was very easy despite what I read in another review). He took my vacuum in the back room and returned with it all fixed in just a few minutes. He took the time to explain how to avoid the problem in the future. Great customer service!

I'm not too computer savvy. First thing I had to do was take a picture of a QR Code. Put in all kind of information my email my address my telephone number when all that was done, the unfriendly guy behind the counter took my hair dryer that I had spent $450 for was only 2 and a 1/2 years old. 1 minute later said it was no good. The motor was no good I asked him how much it would be to replace the motor he said it would take 2 to 3 years to get it. HE WANTED to know if I wanted to buy another hair dryer for $379. Why would I want to buy a hair dryer for that much money? When if it goes wrong right after the warranty, they haven't got parts for. I will never buy a Dyson product again.

Brandon is great. Ace. Numero uno! The check-in routine is so impersonal though; horrible, really. Could that be a factor in the low price for the repair? I'd be happy to pay a bit extra for a normal human experience.

I took my hair strengthener for repair and I got a great service from Brandon. He is respectful, helpful, knowledgeable and he cares about customers.I end needing a new machine, but Brandon helped me to best decide between products.Best customer service I got in years!!

Dyson’s online customer service stinks - this guy doesn’t. Drove 2.5 hours round trip for him to fix my vacuum in 20 minutes. Absolutely worth it.

Had an amazing experience at the Dyson in Troy. I had been frustrated for about a month with my Dyson for lack of suction. Got informative information. Able to get my Dyson back working was in and out within 20 mins
