Shocked how terrible my manicure is. Went in today for a gel mani and when I looked at the finished product, my nails are covered in bumps and bubbles.

The staff is really nice and it was awesome they were able to get my whole wedding party in, but my shellac manicure started peeling and lifting off on the fifth day, which has never happened to me before.

My husband and I had a one o'clock appointment. We called several times before the appointment, and no one answered. When we entered the salon, no one greeted us for several minutes. After some time, someone started to speak. After noticing that we’d been standing at the receptionist area, we were told to sign in on the tablet, which was off and wasn’t even charged. We then sat down, and no one approached us to ask about the services, color choices, or anything else. Everyone just continued to serve clients. It’s now 1:30, and no one has approached us to explain anything. At that point, my husband and I decided to leave. We’re celebrating our 16th anniversary and wanted to enjoy a couples mani and pedi, only to be disappointed. I will not be back.

This is by far the best nail place I’ve been to, very clean, every nail tech I’ve seen has been amazing, and I leave feeling so relaxed. Plus their prices are very reasonable!

Clean and friendly. My nail tech was so detailed and meticulous. I got a deluxe pedicure and she really took her time. I had a 5:15p appt and was late a few minutes (and apologized). They close at 6p and didn’t rush my service at all. So hard to find a nail salon that does actual massages and so glad I found this. She even asked how I like the pressure! Will be coming back ;).

Went for a pedi and while every other time that I have been here, it’s been a great experience, this time, not so much so. Unfortunately I will have to find another place to go because there was still dead skin on my feet even after having the service and it looks worse. I never had this problem before with prior visits so I’m not sure what happened this time around.

Nicest nail salon I’ve been to. I’m a licensed esthetician and pay attention to cleanliness and they are very clean and use quality products. The pedicure was amazing and unlike any pedicure I’ve had before and was well worth the money. The manicure was very nice and everyone there was so kind and caring. This felt like a luxury spa experience compared to other nail salons

While Wendy did a wonderful job on my pedicure and was very kind and sweet, the place was clean and really relaxing, I have to rate my first visit (possibly my last, I haven’t decided yet) here with 3 stars. I’m happy with my service from Wendy, but not so happy when I got home and received my receipt via email. I used my debit card to pay, the guy at the desk gave me my receipt to sign, I signed it and handed it back to him. I didn’t put a tip down because if I have cash I like to tip cash. So I paid, signed the receipt, ran out to my car to grab cash, came back and gave Wendy her tip, and left. Got home a couple of hours later and looked at my email receipt and the charge was much higher than what I signed at the place because a tip (less than what I actually gave Wendy, but still!) was added to my receipt without my consent or knowledge!! At first I was going to let it go, but that just didn’t sit well with me. Why would anyone feel like they could just write a tip down and charge someone else’s card!? I called the salon and the guy (I’m assuming the same one who wrote in a tip on my receipt) only thing to say was, “sorry about that.” No other explanation as to why or how this happened. While it was rectified immediately, it just didn’t sit right with me. I enjoyed my experience, but I just don’t know if I will be returning after something like that.

I’m usually overall satisfied with this place , and they typically do pretty well but I have not been back in awhile. I scheduled a shellac mani and regular pedi a couple months before hand because I was getting very important maternity photos taken when I was pregnant and wanted my nails and feet to look nice. It was an important day and shoot for me, and when I arrived they told me I was only scheduled for a shellac mani and would not do my pedi because I wasn’t scheduled (which was not my fault or mistake but a mistake from the newer front end girl not Sam) and they didn’t have the time to make it right. I was pretty upset after how long and how many times I had been going there. I walked out, and had to go somewhere else in a quick time which I was very upset about. I loved this place, but that incident really upset me and I haven’t been back since.

Usually I enjoy coming here but today the technician was doing someone else when I arrived for my appointment. She rushed through my pedicure and was not very friendly. Very disappointed.

I got the Asian pedicure and a regular manicure. My nail tech did an amazing job, I really enjoyed the massage with my pedicure.

This place stands out in so many ways. Michigan is very bleak when is comes to great nail places with quality product, cleanliness and good service. This place has all 3. The front desk is always kind and the folks performing services are experts and pay great attention to detail! It’s hard to find people who can be so skilled and fast with service. My mom and I only go to eco nails for our pedicures ?? no matter who you get for your nail service, you will be totally satisfied.
