The Troy location of Edible Arrangements is outstanding! The customer service is absolutely stellar, friendly, attentive, and professional. The arrangement was fresh, beautiful, and exactly how it was pictured. I was thoroughly impressed and highly recommend the Troy location!

I very rarely leave a bad review for a business, however I cannot let this experience go. I ordered an edible arrangement birthday package for my mother’s 60th birthday through uber eats app. They cancelled the order with no explanation less than hour from when it was supposed to be delivered. If there had been an explanation then it would not be as much of an issue, but to just cancel it at the last minute?!

My sister lives in Nashville she ordered an arrangement. We live in clio, so the store had fedex deliver. Driver didn't knock or ring doorbell. I went out side hours later to get my mail found an edibles arrangement box. Checked my cameras on my house, they delivered at 11:11 am chocolates strawberries melted. I called the store, clerk said they would get ahold of the manager. Manager didn't call them back. This was supposed to be a surprise for my moms 85th birthday. Not happy!

Went there at 6pm -- lights out, no one there. Sign says 7pm. Website says 7pm. Tried calling them before going and their message says "we are busy serving other customers, would you like to hold". Don't even have the courtesy to update phone system to show they are closed. Tried a few times and same thing.

Placed an order for two boxes of strawberry as a birthday gift for my mother, hoping for a large gift style fresh strawberry since there where very expensive....instead we received small ones and on top of that they look like they where made weeks ago since the stem is brown rather then bright green. Extremely disappointed.

Great all around service. I ordered in the early morning around 8:30am for same-day delivery. The flowers were arranged beautifully in a basket just like how the picture showed as expected.

Had a great experience! Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered at her work the same day. I was ordering online after 1pm and it said the delivery wasn't guaranteed that day, so I called.

The person who took my order was helpful and pleasant, and not only was the arrangement beautiful, but I felt like the stuffed animal and balloons were carefully selected to suit my pre-teen grandson who was recovering from surgery.

I haven't seen the flowers yet but heard they are gorgeous!!! My review is based on the obvious effort the owner made to get the flowers to my friend even tho I had not known at the time I ordered them she would be leaving her office early.

I was very disappointed with my order today. The fruit box was placed in a plastic bag not in a box wrapped up like a gift. The lady was rude when l asked why the change. She stated that's is how it is. This was supposed to be a gift for someone. I could have gone to some grocery bought those same fruits and putting them in a plastic bag if that was the case. This is my second time at this location and both times the services have been horrible I only used this location because it is en route to my office otherwise I wouldn't even have bothered but from now on l will stick with the location I am used to.

Margaret was a huge part in making me a happy customer. I probably called in about a dozen times to coordinate and adjust an order of mine. She was pleasant and helpful each time.
