Horrible experience with Moe Doueik and his finance manager Aaron Vleck . DO NOT EVER come here to buy/lease a vehicle. Worst customer service experience in my 20 years with Ford. And I come from a long line being a part of a ford family. Going on 8 days in a row of unreturned phone calls and unanswered texts. Somehow, Moe was able to respond to us via text/phone before we closed the sale. Now, as we’re still waiting on our warranty information to come through, he suddenly disappears. Neither Aaron or Moe- have returned a call or text since. This sale was a headache from step one. I wish we took our business elsewhere. Never go here - go to Bill Brown Ford or Avis Ford. Taylor is great too. Trust me, don’t ever get roped into doing business with these guys. Still waiting for this to be resolved….

I highly recommend this place for a vehicle purchase/lease. I would like to thank Moe for his outstanding customer service, His professionalism and communication. It exceeded my expectations. Staff is not only friendly but highly skilled. Would recommend and would be back.

They were very quick. The staff was nice and it was very clean!! The only disappointment was the massage chairs didn’t work in the relaxation lounge. Not a reason to take my car elsewhere.

I recently had a recall on my 2022 Ford escape, and called for an appointment. William at. At Elder Ford, arranged for my car to come in for servicing. He was very professional and offered to have the car picked up and returned after the recall work was completed. This was especially helpful since I currently have my foot in a cast And wanted to get this recall completed. The gentleman that arrived for my pick up was friendly. When my recall was completed the car was returned to me by an equally friendly and Pleasant gentleman. Enjoy this professionalism all around by everyone that I dealt with on this recall.

Four days before I was going to travel 20 hours on a 2 week vacation, the screen on my 2023 Explorer went blank. No navigation, no radio and my phone wouldn't pair so no hands free calls. The part wouldn't
be in before I was to leave, but Suburban Ford fixed my problem as soon as I got home. Jacob was great and so were the the people who installed the module.
