I just sent an email requesting for an exchange in size on a bikini bottom they sent me. The first one i had fit and the second one in a different color is manufactured in a different company and was way too big. I explained in the store that i was a week late on their policy for exchange because of a tragic family event that occured and they gave me a card to call. I just emailed them and they said there is no exchange after the period of exchange. The suit is still in the box and I already bought 1.5 other suits at the store. It is their fault for not having the same sizing in the same exact brand. I think they don't really care about customers.

Horrible experience. Lyndsey the manager and Becca talked the entire time I was there which was over an hour. I had suits and hangers all over my fitting room because not once did either of them ask if I needed anything. I went out in a bathing suit so I could get another size. When I got to check out I confronted Lyndsey about not being helped the entire time I was there and she said “well you have a voice you could have asked for help”. She was rude and I will never shop there again. NO customer service skills and she was the manager. I asked Lyndsey for the owners name and she said she didn’t know.

Who doesn’t hate shopping for bathing suits? But Lindsey made it super easy and dare I say fun?! Highly recommend letting her do the shopping for you. What I had dreaded turned into a good experience!!

I stopped in Everything But Water a couple of weeks ago looking for a bathing suit. I have odd measurements that make it difficult to find something that fits, especially in a one-piece. I was helped by Michelle W and she was just incredible! She got me a dressing room and brought many different styles of suits for me to try on. She was honest in telling me if something was right for me or not, which I really appreciate. With her help, I was able to find several suits that were just perfect! I highly recommend this store if you are looking for quality suits and personalized service. Thumbs up for Everything But Water!

I stopped in Everything But Water at Somerset Mall in Troy, MI to find a bathing suit that would address my recent mastectomy. I was immediately greeted by Christina, a very outgoing and knowledgeable sales associate. She worked hard to show me options and I was happy to find a perfect suit and inserts. I wasn't sure that i would be so fortunate, but I was. I highly recommend the store and Christina.

Christina was super helpful and friendly! She listened and then picked out some suits for me to try. I could’ve been overwhelmed with the amount of suits they had in there but Christina knew the inventory and what would work best for my body type and concerns. And, when my son got tired of waiting for me, she gave him chocolates!

I am absolutely so incredibly pleased with the service I received from Christina!!! I went in yesterday looking for a suit or two for vacation and she took care of me completely! She knows her business; trust her! She absolutely knows body styles, correct fitting, etc. In addition, she’s honest; meaning she will tell you exactly what works well on you and what doesn’t. She wants you to love it! ....or you won’t end up wearing it and it would be a waste of money. I really appreciated that! Her help was so good that I assumed they were on commission but when I asked she said no. I was shocked and immediately tipped her $20 because I was so grateful!!! I’ve never tipped anyone in clothing before only in the restaurant business that’s how appreciative I am!!!! I love my suits and cover up!!! Thanks again Christina and have a Happy Thanksgiving ❣️

I came in here today ready to purchase a new bathing suit. The sales associate asked me how I was doing today and I replied that "I'm getting overwhelmed". But instead of helping me pick out suits, she started giving me a long explanation of ALL the suits that were in the store, only further overwhelming me. I didn't understand anything she was trying to explain (sizes, patterns, colors) and then she headed over to another customer and began PICKING out suits for them. I'm not sure if it was because I am young that she didn't expect me to spend money?. But why didn't she begin picking out suits for ME? I looked around and all the sales associates were picking out options for all the older clients in the store. I just got frustrated and left. I came in there today ready to spend money but instead I felt like I was brushed to the side like an annoying fly. You lost a sale and just frustrated a customer. I won't be coming back.

I just have to say how wonderful my experience was with Christine and Madison at everything but water. I went in on an early Wednesday thinking that they would be empty, but to my surprise they ended up being super busy. Regardless of this, Christine and Madison took their time to pull multiple swimsuits for me and give me their opinion on each. As a customer who is almost 6 months pregnant, I was super nervous to go try on bathing suits, which is a feat to do even when you are not pregnant. While I was well aware that the quality of merchandise that the store offers far surpass any other stores, I was blown away by the customer focused experience. It has been a long time since I have had some great experience at a store, and I am especially picky since I worked in retail for over 6 years. Bravo to Christine and Madeline for their hard work, kindness, and all-around good attitudes. Because of the two of you, you have a customer for life!
