My first appointment, which was scheduled a week ago, was cancelled by the examiner just before they were scheduled to arrive and rescheduled on a different day, before discussing it with me.The second examiner came to my home today. He couldn’t tell me what tests he was collecting blood for, was unsure how to complete their consent forms (and argued with me when I explained the form to him based off the instructions listed), didn’t comply with the lab standard “order of draw” (he filled the lavender tube before the sst), then he pulled the needle from my arm, with the tourniquet still tied and the sst tube still connected to the vacutainer. When I attempted to explain the correct order of draw and that he pulled the needle out my arm prematurely (which could result in bruising or vein damage in worst cases), I THEN HAD TO ASK HIM TO REMOVE THE TOURNIQUET… he argued that he “always does it this way” and that “no one else has ever complained”. His next line of defense was to tell me that “if I’m uncomfortable, he didn’t need to finish”. To that point, I completely agreed and asked him to leave my home. He called after he left to ask if he could come back to obtain the urine specimen that he left in the bathroom. ABSOLUTELY NOT!

Told my husband and I that they could schedule my husband for 3:30pm and myself for 4pm (after I got home from work). My husband calls me at 3:20pm to tell me his exam is done and they said they couldn't wait for me to get home and I would have to reschedule.I speak to them the next day to find out that both our exams required fasting for 8 hours prior. We were never told this, so my husband did not fast for his exam and now his lab numbers will be off. But there is apparently nothing that can be done as the samples were already sent to the lab. Thanks a heap, Exam One. Now I have an exam that isn't done and my husband's exam done incorrectly, because you can't get your act together. Completely unprofessional and absolutely ridiculous.

Medical assistants were so lovely, helpful and professional. Quickest and smoothest blood draw I’ve ever had!

Unprofessional. If you have any sort of schedule beware. I arrived at 810am for a 815am appointment. I sat in the lobby watching the employees walk in after. I heard behind closed doors that the manager did not want the employee to clock in until 830am.

Awful management, I don’t know who keeps this manager in office?!
