We had to deal with the worst manager there. Dyea has no means of customer service etiquette, she doesnt know her store policy and she kept changing her words. All for a return that was under the 30 days. She needs more training on customer service and definitely store policy or this store needs a new & better manager.

H&M quality at Nordstrom prices. Don't waste your money.Or time... over a dozen employees spotted in the store on 11/5, and only one could be bothered to use a register and ring up customers. Long wait due poor management.
