extremely rude staff, I went on Saturday to buy a shirt and asked about the return policy. They said 30 days and tags still on. I went back today to return an item that I had not worn noor tried on And almost refused to let me return it because they said it had been damaged. Who I assume to be the manager (blonde) was extremely rude with a absurd tone and the worker said there was a snag checked one shirt put it right back and grabbed another because the other shirt had the same snag. In the end I was able to return it but not without a crappy experience with who i assume to be there manager or GM. Don’t come here terrible customer service and all they want is money they don’t care about who they are serving!

Blonde woman at the register (based on her attitude I assume she was a supervisor) was very rude when making a return claiming the item was damaged. After further inspection, turns out the item was not damaged. I received my $14 refund but even during the transaction the woman was sarcastically rude. Not my fault she was wrong. She should not work in retail and perhaps could benefit from re-training.

Great location to stop by for work essentials and “basics” at a great price. Not much help on the salefloor, if that makes or breaks your shopping experience, but everything is very organized and easy to find!
Cashier was kind enough. I would visit again very soon!

The store was nicely organized and staff was nice, however the fitting rooms are so disgusting and dirty. I’m not talking a little dust …The walls, mirror and the little bench in there was absolutely filthy and need to be wiped down badly. A pair of shorts I was trying on actually got dirt on it by setting it down. The clothing rack bars in the room also were covered in a film of scum. I went into 2 of the fitting rooms. Literally nastier than a gas station bathroom.

Rude Staff! Me and my family went to the store around 15 minutes before the store closed. And the manager said "The store closes in 2 minutes!" We checked the time, and the store closed in 15 minutes not 2. So I quickly went to get the shirts I wanted and headed to the checkout, as soon as I get close to the checkout the manager gives me a dirty look as she was counting the money. I went to her because there were no other people working in cashier. Then one of the employees said "You guys can come down here, I'll take care of you here!" We went to that register and she left and didn't come back so the manager said in a rude way "Okay, come down here now!" She looks at us and rolls her eyes, afterwords she aggressively starts scanning my shirts. She has this really bad attitude with us and it wasn't nice. Then she says "GOSH!" and starts breathing loud. She says the total and my mom hands her the money, she counts it and throws it on the desk really hard. My mom asks her "You okay?" she says "YES! Just cleared out my register in case you didn't see" (in a really sarcastic/rude way.) Afterwords she gets out a bag and aggressively folds my shirts and just throws then in the bag. After I said "You know, if you didn't want us to buy anything, you could've just said so instead of having this attitude with me".After she rolled her eyes and sarcastically said "Okay, you guys have a great rest of your night". Me and my family are never coming here ever again. GO SPEND YOUR MONEY AT ANOTHER EXPRESS LOCATION!! This place just needs some education. This is so disappointing because we have been shopping at express for a while now and this is just surprising knowing that this is the way staff members treat their customers. This place should be shut down. They have NO manners. Other than that there is nothing else I have to say, the store is clean. They have lots of merchandise, but I don't really recommend going here unless you want to be treated like trash. She was the manager which was more surprising, the manager should be more nice with their customers. That's that part that is disappointing that the manager has this kind of attitude. Well everyone is allowed to have their own opinion but that was mine. Have a great day! They need some "training"..
