I visited this location for a passport photo and staff was very friendly. They made sure the picture was clear so it would not be rejected when I submit my application.

I dropped off a labeled return package at this store two weeks ago, but there has been no tracking movement since. The status still shows that the package is in the store’s possession. When I visited the store to follow up, the staff directed me to FedEx corporate customer service. However, FedEx was unable to assist further without the name of the return address recipient, which is not included on the return label provided.
This return contained a pair of Valentino flats valued at $500, and I’m now seriously concerned about the security of dropping off high-value items at this location.

I had to leave a review because FedEx is great and served my shipping needs, but also the guys at this store are so nice and helpful, and they're good at their job. They make you feel like there are actually good, kind people still out there in the world. It is refreshing.

I was here to ship some documents, the lady who was handling the package was just blatant racist. Right from the get go she was very rude and every subsequent conversation was filled with racist intent. Absolutely unacceptable service! I hope this stops!

Dalya met me with a smile at my time of need. I have made multiple mistakes between fed ex, ups and amazon. I was ready to cry. Wrong package, wrong return, wrong delivery. All my fault...
Her professionalism and demeanor was so needed by me. After she helped me, we both laughed at how big a deal I made over this small situation. Fed ex has a customer for life because of her.. Thank you!

I went there for a two way shipping of my documents. They said to me that go online and create a shipping label. I tried online but couldn't figure out how to do this by myself on their website. It was very confusing. So I basically went to an UPS to do it. Sorry FedEx, you lost a customer.
