I have withdrawn my investments from Fidelity and I will be moving going elsewhere. The way your staff treats customers is unprofessional at every level. The lack of communication from account managers and the amount of time you get with an account manager is minuscule. Also, while j was waiting inside your establishment, the valet guy told me I have to move my car in 30 minutes. It’s a parking spot, and on top of that I am a customers. When I told him I am waiting for an account manager, he said I still have to move it. Goodbye useless company.

Never went inside the establishment, but employees? AMAZING!!I was outside & it’s cold and rainy. I locked my keys in my car after my appointment at Epic Smiles, which I live over an hour away from Troy.Curtis took it upon himself to help me with my keys being stuck in my car. He did everything he could, and even paid for roadside assistance for me.I’ll be making a trip over soon enough to repay him for being an angel, I truly didn’t have any help or my wallet.I had a Guardian angel help me today.Pay back with kindness, if you see anyone struggling, stop and help. I can’t wait to come back to this area to repay Curtis. I truly appreciate you man. Much love.

Let Fidelity manage our accounts. The year we were to retire lost 100K with them managed it in just 5 months.Pulled out. This was the third time we let them manage us. Should have learned. Back to doing it ourselves.

The company offers any function you could ever want to do on line. To those that give this company a low rating, it's time to learn how to use the computer. Anything you want is there. No need to ever go to an office.

Disappointing. I went to that office in order to get info on business account options, but the scantily dressed girl seemed incompetent & instead of printing info on the account that seemed most suitable she printed a generic business account application.

Three days on 800 number phone call one hour wait and hanged up. You can never get them on phone any time of the day. I have some documents to submit and unable to talk to any one. Hopeless.

This business has half the parking spaces designated for them. Which is ridiculous as they are the ones who need it least. They are never used because hello, you are an investment branch, it is unlikely that they will ever all be necessary.

It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. You have to call an 800 number, wait forever and then if you are lucky, find someone who can help. We waited for about an hour while being transferred all over, finally got someone who was helping. Then the phone cut off and we never heard back.
