Tiffany went above and beyond for me! I needed crisp new bills for my Southeast Asia trip and contacted 3 other branches that just told me they don’t have any. Tiffany didn’t either but she offered to look through what she had and helped me select the nicest bills possible. That’s awesome customer service! I highly recommend this branch on Big Beaver in Troy!

Branch Manager Bradon Gates does not care at all about the experience his customers have, he's so sure he's right he refuses to listen and doesn't understand the fraud department and process is different than the disputes department and process. Constantly interrupts and corrects customer, who was just telling him what has happened so far. Customer service over the phone is useless and never follows up like they say they will, so I thought my local branch could help. Brandon just said there's nothing they can do locally and nothing is being done through corporate so... looks like i'm just out of luck! "It's just how our system works" is not an acceptable resolution to your employees mistake. Wanted to close my account he said I couldn't have my money for 10 days ??? definitely exceeds reasonable time allowed by law, seems like they just don't want a closed account on their books.

I am currently the only person in line in my car, the only customer at the business, and I've now been waiting 25 minutes. I'm now at 40 minutes and I got helped, let's see how much longer I'm here. 45 minutes and they told me twice I could withdraw funds and then told me I couldn't? Teller turned off screen when I said I was here for 45 minutes. Closing my account tomorrow.

For this location to have so many offices with so many employees. The wait time is beyond acceptable. I did come late for my appointment unfortunately but I have now waited close to an hour. I came to open a business account but unfortunately out of 4 tellers only 1 works at a time. And clearly it’s only one person to open business accounts because I’m still waiting. Not to mention they’re controlling the drive through line. I’m not sure what the offices are for in the back.but I will surely give you guys an update as I wait, and wanted to give an honest review. Thank youUpdate they came back to me and says the manager have an appointment booked and he can’t open my account today. It’s Friday 11:36 am and I was the only customer there. I’m thinking to be respectful. The teller acknowledged my appointment when I got there not to mention I made eye contact with the guy I had an appointment with. Why couldn’t I just wait until they appointment was over? Or why couldn’t take mine since the other wasn’t there? Why would the manager let me sit in the lobby for a hour knowing people who sit in the lobby are normally for an appointment or opening an account. Moral of the story even though the bank doesn’t close until 5pm they are not able to do anything today so I’m going to a different location. I’ll come back for a second update

Really great branch! Staff here were super helpful and knowledgeable. Especially AVP/Mortgage Loan Officer, Mark Owens. He went above and beyond to help my friend. We are truly grateful. Go here, see him for all your mortgage and banking needs!

While 53 may stop fraud, they don't bother investigating the fraud. They are federally insured and so they are unwilling to work with the police to stop fraud.

Smooth Home Loan process! We worked with Mark Owen and the crew at Fifth Third and couldn't be happier with our experience. They were friendly, patient and knowledgeable in all aspects. Would recommend them to anyone looking!

First off, congratulations on opening the new building. The interior is well set up and the staff is knowledgable and friendly. One suggestion for this branch in particular is to have 2-3 of the spots close to the entrance for customers only. Coming in today I was the only customer, yet needed to park in the overflow since the limited main parking lot was filled with employee vehicles. I'm all for the exercise, but some may find the extra walk inconvenient/difficult.

Was at this location last Saturday to drop off some money for my duo card. The ATM ate my card and would not give it back. Waited two hours before the bank opened and ask the teller your machine ate my card. Well the branch manager, Matthew Fox ask for my id.and got my card out. He then ask when I used it last and the time of the incident...Umm you have me on CCTV and they have no record of the incident. Curious Bank? Yes, I am curious about this. But still I'm a member of this bank, but be careful with this ATM.
