Completely unacceptable. I bought a pare of shoes online and when I went to return them in the store, they took the shoes back but didn't refund my money! The receipt I was given says returned to stock but my credit card was never refunded. After calling customer service I was told to go to the store and I'll get petty cash refund? Sounds like some shady stuff going on

Went to exchange a pair of gymshoes from an online order size to big, and the young lady who helped me was very helpful, and I walked out with a different shoe, which I liked better.

I made a purchase online. I tried to return it on Monday, and the gate was down. I guess they were the only store to close early because of the holiday.

Placed a order ,paid extra for delivery..stuff never arrived, ended up being out of stock.. if I wouldn’t have looked into it the store was not going to contact me??♂️??♂️??♂️

Went to exchange shoes was treated poorly. There was a light skinned girl with blonde hair who was working in the store. She didn't greet us was on her phone when we walked in. we stood at the register waiting for her to end her call and when she did she rudely asked do you need help with something as if we were bothering her.When trying to exchange the shoes she tried to act like we didn't purchase them because we didn't have the receipt and repeatedly told us we didn't have to return to that store and to try another store when and if the shoes i bought ever go back to regular price.

I just purchased a pair of Timberland boots and a shirt on the 21st of December and paid $65 for delivery on the 23rd. When it arrived, I got the $28 shirt, not the expensive boots. I'm returning everything and expect my delivery fee as well. This was so ridiculous that I would never order or shop at Finish Line again.

When you're shopping in a store especially a shoe store....it takes a very patient employee . Because you wanna try this shoe or that shoe in different sizes. Different colors. Therefore meaning the employee has to go back and forth and so on. Well Erick he did just that. Didn't show me any sign of frustration. Very courteous. Very helpful. Outstanding guy.Went back the other day . Another guy by the name of Christian very helpful great manners. Good customer service.Almost gave up hope on the younger generation but shame on me. These guys are great !!

I had a reservation for a pair of jordans and they got me in and out with great customer service. Great job!!
