The cashier today was rude and very mean. Also despite the pride stuff in the store this one seems to be anti LGBT, gonna locate the information for corporate after this and file a report for the behavior of that old cashier.

Cost cutting initiatives and poor quality of products has arrived at this chain! More self check out counters & lesser store associates. Quality of products has also deteriorated dramatically in the last few months

Five below doesn’t exactly make me think I’m buying quality items. I know when I’m shopping there that I’m just one step above the dollar store and I expect the toys to break faster than more expensive stores but I spent $4 but lying scented markers and another $4 for a Rudolph nose and headband and they both were in the trash within 10 minutes of opening them. The markers were completely dried out and did not write at all and Rudolph’s nose wouldn’t turn on because the switch was stuck too far inside the nose. I had to open it up and adjust it to get it on and it broke again within seconds. The headband started unwinding as soon as it came out of the package as well. I think that will be my last time in the store. As it turns out the dollar store had the same nose and similar headbands and they actually worked
