If I could leave 0 stars I would. Bryan Barnes was fine at first, but when it came time to make an offer, he was unreliable, rude, and horrible with communication. I contacted his manager to report and asked to assigned a new lender. His manager assured me I would be contacted by one by the end of the day, a week later and still nothing. Ended up financing through my local credit union instead.

I am not a flag star customer. However, I used their ATM to get some cash and went back inside to get change. I just needed quarters to do laundry at my hotel (the hotel run out of quarters after a busy weekend). Anyway, the “banker” there said they only give change to Flagstar customer. For real? It was a reminder why I think banking has changed beyond repair. And obviously, it was a missed sale. I do not have an account and was not planning to open one that day but big companies are missing the big picture. Every interaction is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression that might turn into profit some day in the future.

Worst Bank and staffLoan officer Mina Jabro unprofessional I had the worst experience!!! Will not recommend her to anyone!!Inaccurate interest rateNot answering phone calls or calling backUnprofessional workIt took Mina Jabro almost two months and she did nothing just wasting my time.Paid $510 for appraisal! and two days before closing I reviewed the closing documents by myself, was surprised the interest rate is even higher than my current one! Since day one I told her the option I want and she offered me 3.6% but on the papers just before closing, the documents shows 4.7% interest rate!! I called Mina but no answer or call back. After all of this she is texting me to find another option for me. IT’s TOO LATE!!! I will not waist more time with you.

Do not get a Mortgage here unless you like a lot of problems! They are horrible to deal with and don't even know how to calculate your escrow account. All the other banks we have had mortgages through did it perfectly. But not Flagstar. They mess up and now we owe $4500 because they didn't calculate that the new house wasn't fully assessed .mike in the supposed "office of the President" wouldn't let me talk to the President. Maybe the president or board of directors should look at the terrible reviews on every locations Google Reviews and try to help these folks and retrain their staff. It would be great to have good service instead of sub standard service. Or else bring in a New President to clean this up. I'm extremely frustrated.
