Horrible. Won’t let us deposit a check into our 8 month old son’s account that is written to him with his name on the account. Ridiculous. How the heck is an 8 month old supposed to sign a check himself? horrible service, forced me to go to the other branch where they accepted the deposit without issue.

I am an account holder and my husband needed a notary. They would not notarize the document for him because he was only a beneficiary on my account. Will be closing my account.

They took the human element out of banking. Long time customer with personal and business accounts. The staff knows me and my son. This bank required my son and myself to be be physically present to deposit a check. Said no to cashing when my son was depositing business checks. He brought home the check. I drove to bank to cash it and staff said no, it's a 3rd party check and he doesn't have an account. I had signed the check too. How about deposit only. Staff said no,my son has to be there. Drive home and back to bank. Deposit only crossed off. Staff deposits check with my son's drivers license written on the back of check(not a safe thing to do). Then cashed check. Although the staff knows us, Flagstar policy is to have us both standing in the bank in order to deposit and cash a check. Terrible way to treat a customer.

Sitting at the drive thru waiting for a cashiers check for over 20 mins. Meanwhile they asked me for “the same signature we have on file” as we handed them our ID. Aggravating and took forever while multiple cars had gotten served. Won’t be back to this location.
