Employee working was so so rude it was ridiculous. I originally bought something from here and ended up going across the hall to the other footlocker where they were much more helpful and kinder. Bought a pair there and returned the ones here. Would have been a decent place if your employee wasn’t so rude and unhelpful.

Disgusting and rude employees. You have one job which is provide good customer service! I asked for a pair of white air forces and they gave me some dirty forces and when I confronted them about it they started getting loud and rude. Were too lazy to go in the back and get me a new pair.

I love their variety but the staff in this particular store could not have been more rude. I went in for shoes and an outfit for my son and was completely ignored. When I asked for help they made unhappy sounds and rolled their eyes at each other. I heard a comment about my biracial son and me being white. Totally uncalled for.
