I was very disappointed with my visit, the sales person act as if I was disturbing her lunch break even though she was on the cash register. Also they did not take the extra 60% sign down before the new sale start and would not honor the mistake they made.

The people who work in this store are very bad. I bought jeans and when I came home I saw that they were damaged. When I went to retrieve them, they told me that we cannot return them because they are damaged. But my question is, why do you sell torn clothes to people? Do you accept that someone gives you something that is broken so that you can spend your money on it? You are scammers and I will not deal with you. Again because your merchandise is fake

Large store with great deals, but if you’re a 31 like me you may have to dig deep to find your jean size. It was clean, but the lines may be long during a great sale day. They have a lot of fitting rooms as well.

We need your receipt and you need the tags and you can’t take the tags off, this is the run around this store gave me. I had to drive to the one on hall road to return the coat I bought,(they were nice) avoid THIS store at all costs . I tried to return three time with no luck

Honestly the people who work here are never helpful. Called ahead to see if they had a few shirts in my size. I was assured that they had plenty in that size. Asked if someone could put a few shirts to the side for me and I would be there in less than 15 minutes.Not only was I told they could not put the few items to the side....but when I got there the few shirts I was told they had plenty of in my size....they had none.The only good thing Forever 21 has going for them is their prices. Other than that...it's just terrible.

I saw a very racist interaction between managers and employees towards people of color. I don’t recommend this place if you’re visiting out of state. Disgusting attitudes and poorly handled conversation.
