I’ve received numerous unsolicited calls from them. Each time they leave a message saying that as my mortgage loan servicer they can help us refinance. Funny thing - I’ve never had any loan through them. And as a matter of fact, my home has been paid off for years!Sounds like a big scam with these cold calls!

Do not purchase loan from these guys. They charged me for home insurance when I changed companies because my new insurance started the next day after my current insurance expired. I would not recommend freedom mortgage.

All these reviews sound like the experience we are having as well! Can you please advise on who to reach out to that care about Customer Service for Freedom Mortgage? I'm saddened to see that this seem to be the norm for Freedom Mortgage.
