“I contacted EMortgage in July of this year, I spoke to ***************************. He told me he would be with me throughout the process and I thought that's what they all say, but ****** was different. He did stay with me throughout the whole process. Whenever I called him he answered his phone or returned my call within an acceptable length of time. My loan was settled in less then a month which to me was amazing. I had lost confidence in loan companies, they wouldn't return calls they gave you false hope and sometimes just told you what you wanted to hear, true or not. EMortgage you dealt with several people unlike other companies you seem to be passed from one agent to another. I am worrier, ****** didn't get out of patience with me, but assured me things were progressing as they should and answered any questions or doubts I might of had. He still occaisionally calls and ask how I am doing which is very nice and assures me he is looking for ways to lower my payments. I have done loans with other banks or mortgage company which stressed me out so bad I was ready to give up but he is different and EMortgage is different from any of the other places. I will be using them again and hopefully in the near future. I am not sure who others dealt with but had you had had *************************** as your agent you would have been highly satisfied. It's a great company as well as the people I dealt with were great and treated you as if you were the only one. They put you at ease and never put you off. You can't judge all of them harshly because of certain indiviuals. I believe in treating people as individuals. Give them a chance, ****** is a wonderful person, caring and would love to help you.”
