After multiple trips to this location, I finally had to write this review. The Troy location has the worst customer service. There is no eagerness to assist. Today I had to wait 5 minutes just to redeem a coupon at self check out (not an exaggeration). No pep in any of the associates and certainly with no smile. I also don't want to pay for bags at the self check out. And just more thing, don't buy the avocados in the green netting bags. They are always spoiled and or rotten inside. I will not return to this store. Very disappointing

Be aware with prepared food section the prices they will charge u will be almost double what's on the flayers . Chicken shawarma plate is 23$ not 14$. Prices are are like 25% more than all the middle eastern market on the area.

Excellent market with tons of organic produce with a wide selection of herbal medicine and natural remedies. A bit on the higher price point side but well worth the quality of items. Plenty of plants as well.

I enjoy shopping at Fresh Thyme but the male cashier with the glasses really makes it an uncomfortable experience everytime I come here. He is constantly over my shoulder and not in a helpful way. Is he a security guard or cashier because the way he gets in people's personal space is not cool!!!

I love shopping at fresh market however I have recently stared to go to the Rochester location. The man with glasses up who works self checkout is incredibly unpleasant and seems to often look at me like I am doing something wrong. I shop there pretty regularly too. Not anymore. He is very creepy.
