I waited in the checkout line for 10 minutes, ready to make a purchase, while the employees ignored me and the other customers in the store. Even after I tried to get their attention, they didn’t cash me out. Why bother staffing a store if the employees aren’t going to try selling anything or acknowledge the customers at all?

Horrible shopping place, went here for a Funko Protector and most of them were broken, even the one I got when I came home the plastic was breaking off of it, waste of money

Lots of unique anime items we couldn't find in Clarksville. Drove 2hrs to FYE for my daughter's birthday and she was thrilled. So much good stuff and the price point was fair. The 2 employees that closed on 10/7/2024 were just lovely as well. We will be back. Thanks FYE

Hot Topic has better prices, although FYE has a bigger anime section.I feel kind of turned off from coming here since I was tricked into signing up for a magazine subscription. The employee said it was free and then I got charged $12 later on, and couldn't get refunded. So I was pretty upset. I was already spending money but apparently that's not enough, I have to get harassed too. And I had to call customer service to cancel it and the guy spent 20 minutes trying to convince me to keep it.Also sometimes the vibe can be weird. There was a plush on the top shelf that I was looking at and I heard the cashier yell "noooo" from all the way across the store as I was pulling it down. I only pulled it down to get a good look at it and she immediately came over to put it back and was complaining about how long it apparently took her to put up there. It made me feel weird.

There are a lot of cool things to choose from. Cool snacks, too. But, FYI prices are outrageous on most items.
