the owner of the shop is extremely rude and disrespectful. If i were you, i would not waste my time, money or breath on a company like this. The best advice is going to someone who actually takes the time to learn customer service skills especially at the age that he is. People, don't waste your money on trusting someone will your car, especially if he is unable to talk to you as a decent human being. :)

The owner Gary is very honest, reliable and does not overcharge for services. I've had him work on two different vehicles without major issues or complaints. The only thing is that it is only him and another mechanic. The wait can be over a week. It is hit and miss getting a hold of someone over the phone. There isn't a front desk person to help him with returning phone calls or following up with customers. Gary is wearing all the hats and could use someone for the front office work.

Gary at Gallant's Auto has come through for me on multiple occasions. Super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, reliable - and, like the best repair shops, always busy! Recent example - hood wouldn't open right before going out of town, needing an oil change first. Despite being slammed, Gary worked me in, got the hood to open and changed the oil for less than $100. Cannot say enough good things - 10/10 would recommend!

So far, not happy with our experience here. Took my ford in for electrical work because It won't start. The owner won't answer his phone and his voicemail is full. My car has been there for a month and no word on it. I feel like we're being ripped off here. We should have taken it to midas. Will not go here again when we get the car back. If we ever get it back.

Rude old guy at the front desk, would rather give lectures than try to service your vehicle. I waited 5 minutes in line for him to finish chatting with a friend before getting absolutely no help. Would not recommend.
