At 4:37, Dec. 30, I arrived at gamestop to see a sign on the door that says that they won't be back until 4:45pm.As I'm waiting in my car, I've watched At least 6 other people walk up to the door and leave AND there's a line forming. I'm not gonna stand outside because I have a child with me and it's cold, so Ill be served after the ones who choose to wait outside. I have never seen this at any store in my entire life. The business that they lost & the fact that I'm so inconvenienced by having to sit here and wait till they open again is ridiculous. This will be the last time I go to Gamestop . AMAZON FOREVER! I hope they realize the management lost them a ton of money.

Was supposed to receive a pre-order bonus with a game I was picking up recently. Apparently UPS hadn't dropped off the bonuses by the time the game released. No big deal. Manager told me he'd give me a call when they came in. Got a call a few hours later that they arrived and that mine would be held until at least end of the next day. Showed up less than 24 hours from when I picked up the game only to be told that it had been given away to someone else even though my name was on it. I asked what they were going to do about it and the manager told me nothing. I had to keep prodding to eventually get him to agree to call me if/when extras came in. We'll see if that actually happens. Terrible management overall and no accountability.

Awful manager.I asked about an item and he said *guaranteed* they'd have at least one on release day. He lied to me - I camped for hours as the first person in line, then was told by an employee at open that they had 2 of the item, but both had been sold by "pre-orders", AKA it was reserved by favoritism. If you're going to backdoor the items to people, at least tell others that you won't have any so they don't wait outside for nothing.
