Less about the location more about GameStops in general.
Today February 3rd, I attempted to return a unopened game that I bought my nephew for Christmas (someone else got him the same game) only to find out it had to be returned within 30 days.
In a world where everything is downloadable, there is no reason to purchase hard copies. The only reason I did was so my nephew could have something to physically unwrap on Xmas. In this environment you'd think GameStop would value customers that still come into their more and offer better customer service and exchange the UNOPEN game for store credit at least if not able to refund the money.
Safe to say I will not be buying anything from GameStop in future, not only are hard copies a thing of past but its just disappointing their is "nothing they can do".
If you are a parent looking to buy games for you children. Just download the game to their console.

It's a GameStop so I won't really have anything new to say that most don't already know, but I do want to warn people that one of the employees here will tack on a warranty to your purchase while trying not to bring attention to it by quickly glossing over it before changing the subject. Didn't realize until I checked my receipt at home. Other employees don't try this so it's just the one guy who I now feel like I need to keep a close watch on now.
