Does not have a Gap Kids inside. Novi has a Gap kids! They do offer Gap Baby Very small selection of things. Was disappointed considering the location of this store. I tried the XXS women’s thought maybe would work but it was still too big.

The customer service is horrible. I tried to return a pair of jeans slightly past their “strict 30 day policy” and the woman assisting me was very condescending and rude. Refused to give a store credit and said if I didn’t like their policy I should go to a different store, which I will be doing from now on.

When I first entered the store, the staff was friendly. She said that if there's something you like, try it on. After trying on two trousers and a shirt, I decided to buy the shirt.When I stood at the checkout counter, the expression on the staff's face was not good.The desire to buy was long gone.I thought it was on sale, but if you buy two, it's 50% off.I could have bought pants, but as soon as I saw her expression, I didn't want to buy anything anymore.Did I do something wrong?If so, you should have just told me.I was offended by that expression. I will never go back to that store again.

I returned a too big gorgeous orange sweater. Dayjah, the cashier, told me to just size down. Dayjah is so amazing! I bought a new smaller orange sweater, and a cute top from the clearance section. THANKS Dayjah!

I Stan for all of GAP company's brands. :) This is my nearest GAP location and I'm in here A LOT as I do most my shopping online (I'm a petite, so usually HAVE to shop online as my size isn't typically stocked in-store) and often need to make returns when an item doesn't work out. I'm basically "The Return Lady", but the staff is always friendly and helpful and I usually end up buying something else even though my original intention was to make a return.
