I was looking forward to coming here to purchase a new fitted set,after seeing many negative reviews I'm beginning to feel apprehensive about this. I was hoping to see gleaming reviews, I know its not always possible to satisfy every person every time.

Zero stars if I could! Dropped off set of older forged irons and was told they couldn't budge them for loft and lie. Total incompetence or didnt even try. Dropped them off at DC golf and no problem adjusting them. What a crock! The only good thing was refunding my $. But wasted time going there.

To the cashier who was looking for an Odyssey putter head cover, then started to fling Driver Head covers all over the ground. I really appreciate your professionalism and dedication to the Golf galaxy company.
His actions were the soul reason why I did not purchase the putter.

Customer service is dependent on who you get. Older gentleman are very helpful. Younger staff can’t be bothered to actually help. Check out experience with Carmen was terrible

In the market to buy new clubs called golf Galaxy on 4-29 around 6pm in Troy and the man who answered the phone came off super rude like I was inconveniencing him by asking a question after being put on hold three times I will not be going here to drop $1400 on clubs with this kind of customer service guess I’ll drive the extra 10 miles and go to Carl‘s

So I placed an online order close to closing time and the order took awhile to process but Kyle and Rich stayed past closing time to get my order knocked out for me. These guys deserve a raise, promotion… SOMETHING!! Definitely will be back. Thank you again 🙏🏽

Walked into Golf Galaxy with no appointment. Knew I wanted new clubs but didn't know what I wanted. Scott came up to me and talked with me and showed me around. Scott took the time and fitted me into a Brand NEW set of clubs. 10/10 customer service

Came here with my son ready to buy the Taylormade Q10 driver, just needed test different shafts with the head. I asked a young man with a pony tail for help and he kept walking and acted annoyed I asked for help. Making the drive to Carl’s tomorrow instead and never coming back.
