The stylists here at very warm, friendly and provide great service. My daughter has really long, thick, coarse hair and Katvia does an excellent job keeping both of our hair healthy.

This particular Great Clips is amazing. Been a customer for at least 15 years now and used to take my kids for their haircuts there too.
The salon is spotless and the stylists are professional, personable and friendly..and of course very competent. I've seen them be very patient with kids and difficult customers too. The check in process is seamless and the salon is very well managed.

Once a month I go get a $20 haircut with a $10 tip cash. Today walked in, wasn't busy, but waited and watched 4 people get seen before me 2 walked in 30 minutes after I had checked in, looks like I need to find a different place for a haircut

You know what.. it’s my fault I didn’t spend the extra 10$ to go to an actual barber. I literally showed photos to the stylist and she ignored what I told/showed her and absolutely butchered my hair. Never have I had to go get a haircut fixed. This is a first.
