Very disappointed with Grid4. They overcharged me when I wanted to terminate 6 months early on my 3 YEAR contract. They’re super expensive, stink at communicating and left me unanswered with my phone not working for 4 months before I canceled. They have fallen short on giving me an invoice to even see the charges. They’ve failed to communicate effectively with me and just raked in as much money as they could with no notice and very little talk of it. I'm very disappointed with how things ended.

We have been using Grid4 for 3 years. However, we have had many issues with our phones going down without notice. We have contacted their support many times and always seem to get the same answer that it is our ISP or firewall or something else. We have been very unhappy and have switched to another service. Grid4 was not helpful in our switch.

I’m so disappointed with this company and service or lack of service. Technical support can barely assist. I’ve had an ongoing quick fix for 3 months now. NO ONE has attempted to correct it. Can’t wait for my full switch to AT&T!! I’ve been waiting since July on training and suppport…
