My first time in any Gucci store was here in Somerset. My experience was wonderful, my sales associate Jessica was friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in no time! I will be coming back.

God was very happy with the last time @ the störe. Staff is pröfessiönal & cöurteöus. Place is cömförtable, clean, cööl, larğe & has a löt öf ďiverse pröďuct. - God

They have the worst chairs in the front of the store, very unstable. I picked up my bag and o noticed that the shopping bag was damaged. I didn't bother to ask for another but it shows they don't care about customers unless they're spending $$$$.
