They have the worst chairs in the front of the store, very unstable. I picked up my bag and o noticed that the shopping bag was damaged. I didn't bother to ask for another but it shows they don't care about customers unless they're spending $$$$.

I diffently enjoyed my Gucci experience, I've purchased this brand before. The sales staff are usually friendly but some not so much. I bought my wife a purse and a matching belt. I also bought myself a tie and a pair of loafers. I highly recommend this business.

Bought a Gucci bucket hat in Paris, France a week ago that I've NEVER worn. Decided that I wanted a baseball hat instead so I visited the Somerset store to do an exchange with my receipt. However, the manager there WOULDN'T honor my request simply because I cut off a tag attached to a string which I still had. What a joke of a "Gucci" store....!! Wish could negative stars.

I have had the pleasure of shopping at Gucci on a few occasions and I must say that my experience at Saks Fifth Avenue, Somerset has been nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome at the door to the attentive service throughout my decision of purchasing. Diell, store manager and Taylor sales consultant demonstrates great pride in their work, ensuring myself & other's that enter the store were satisfied. They're knowledgeable about Gucci's product, making expert recommendations and accommodating special requests with ease. Furthermore, they are personable and engaging.In conclusion, I highly recommend Gucci at Saks Fifth Avenue of Somerset to anyone seeking a new luxury handbag. *The store is nice*I Always receive good customer service*** This is a product review***I bought these earrings a few years ago ($530)and since then have had them repaired several times. No, they are not real I know that however, I have much less expensive fashion jewelry that is in pristine condition that I've owned even longer. These constantly fall off, hit the floor, and then a rhinestone pops out. I'm going to drop them off for repair again, then sell them afterward. They are gorgeous with half up, half downs, back, and high ponytails and buns, but overall not worth the money or headache.***Yes I still and will buy other Gucci items.***

Updated review: I had a negative experience at the store and management was not helpful. But the following day the associate that handled my purchase made sure my purchase was delivered overnight to my home without me having to do anything additional. It was a nice surprise. Would have been 5 stars but for management the day I had to go into the store and no one, literally no one, helped.

Customer service is terrible. Long time Gucci customer - my husband bought me a pair of shoes as a gift for Xmas and they are uncomfortable, so I wanted to exchange them for a different style. Customer service would not allow any exchange for a different style even at equal or higher value, they would only allow an exchange for a different size. Now I’m stuck with a $1000 pair of shoes I will never wear. So disappointed and will never buy from Gucci again!

9 minutes agoMy husband purchased the Jumbo GG bamboo purse for me as a gift about 3.5 months ago. The sales associate, Sean, was wonderful and we were excited about this purchase. However, a few months into use, the leather stared to peel. I brought the bag into the store and it was sent out for repair, which Gucci decided to replace the purse for me. I went into the store to pick it up, and when I returned home noticed it was the smaller version of my purse, not my original. I went back into the store again, and brought my receipts with me as proof of the discrepancy in bags. The sales associate argued with me about the smaller purse being the correct bag, until I told her, "I am telling you..this is not the right purse!" She then went into the back and resolved the issue, only to then offer me the display bag because they did not have a new one. I took the display, went home, and spoke with my husband. We both agreed that for this inconvenience, we were offered a new bag and to only be given the display is not right. This was a purchase of a luxury item! After speaking with the manager (whom was again, very disrespectful and sounded annoyed at this point), he said that "You were already accommodated once, this will be the last time we will accommodate you." This was in reference to the fact that Gucci gave me the wrong replacement bag! I felt so overwhelmed at this point that I asked for a refund, again, the manager said, "Yeah, this is a 3.5 month old bag, you're not getting a refund." Today, I finally went into Gucci and received the correct bag, brand new. I brought my bag in for repair on 8/14/22 and the date is now 9/1/22. EVERYONE in this Gucci store (#55) (with exception of Sean and David) has been nothing but snobby, rude, and distasteful. As soon as I returned into the store each time, I felt like I didn't belong, no one had anything nice to say, and was so judgmental that it was uncomfortable. Please, I know that this was a long review, but if you have any choice in purchasing a luxury bag, do not buy it here!

Not sure why this store has a 3.9 out of 5 but hey, all 3 of my visits here have been more than smooth. Maya, you’re a real one ? your service was amazing. The product I wanted wasn’t on the floor and you went in the back to actually look for it and found it. Truly appreciated

Went here yesterday to buy some shoes and socks, after talking to a remote rep on the phone (shout out to Sherwin for hooking me up with the appointment in this store). From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left, I was treated no different from someone dressed much nicer than me. Christian is one hell of a professional sales rep, I really feel he went above and beyond for me. As I told him at the time, him and the entire store staff really made me feel welcomed into the Gucci world. I'll definitely be back here within the next month or two.
