The workers at this store are absolutely VILE and UNPROFESSIONAL . I walked in to buy a gift and was completely ignored. NO greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I stood there for 30 minutes before anyone even bothered to speak to me. When I finally told them what I needed, I was told to “wait” because there were “other people in line”. People who WALKED IN AFTER ME were immediately helped because they looked richer.
The entitlement of the employees is honestly laughable. They act like they’re royalty instead of paid workers doing the bare minimum. On top of that, INSTEAD OF HELPING CUSTOMERS, they were loudly trying to impress customers, asking what sports car a customer was going to get as her first car and joking about how she “wouldn’t settle for a Porsche.” The whole place reeks of ARROGANCE.
Do not shop here unless you enjoy being IGNORED for an hour, judged on your appearance, and spoken to like you’re beneath the staff. One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

This isn’t my Hermes home store, but I wanted to share a glowing review. Tricia was incredibly patient, kind, and provided outstanding service as she helped my family of six shop throughout the store. Even on Black Friday, she spent nearly two hours with us, offering honest guidance and making the experience genuinely fun. I’d absolutely come back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

Service is trash.
They don’t help you. We went there and ask for help and to order stuff, they didn’t even offer to order something for you.
They pretend they are the sheet, forgot they are the cashiers
Chicago store way more better service.

Hermès Detroit does it again! I was so disappointed to miss a shopping event with my daughters and friends, but that didn’t stop me from still getting some amazing silks and Christmas gifts! My wonderful SA, Was able to procure a couple of our favorites and sent them to me quickly and beautifully packaged. I really appreciate the customer service from JW, he has been integral in my finding some really special pieces. I will definitely be back, when I’m in Michigan, but in the mean time, I love having a relationship with someone I can easily reach out to when the mood strikes!

I had such an incredible experience at Hermès Detroit (Somerset). As someone who’s relatively new to the brand, I wasn’t sure what to expect - but Jonathan, my sales advisor, made me feel completely welcome and at ease from the moment I walked in. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable.
Simion, the store manager, was equally wonderful. You can tell he truly cares about creating a great environment for clients, and it shows in the way the whole store operates.
Exceptional service all around. I’m grateful for the time and attention they gave me, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

My wife and I such a great experience working with Tao at Hermès. She is friendly, attentive, and truly makes you feel taken care of from start to finish. Her knowledge of the products and her thoughtful recommendations made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy. I’ve traveled to different Hermès and the Somerset location has not only been my favorite but I love the experience. I’ve been very fortunate and impressed not only by my SA Fatina by her presence and dedication to help me anytime I come in and shop. I have so much fun catching up and still shop for any occasion. I highly recommend shopping with Fatina. She’s very personable and transparent which is hard to find these days. I call myself lucky to be her client.

I have been to many Hermes stores throughout the world, but this store in Troy, Michigan, tops them all in terms of scarf and shoe selection, product knowledge, and customer service. You could not find a more welcoming store if you tried. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with smiles and every effort was made to locate items I was looking for if they were sold out. From Simeon, to Jennifer, to the world's best Sales Associate (SA), Jonathan, that store just rocks! I can't wait to return for another trip! Just Wow!

Every visit to Hermès Somerset is such a great experience. The store has such a warm, welcoming energy — it always feels calm, organized, and beautifully maintained. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been professional, polite, and genuinely kind, which makes every visit feel special.
I especially want to mention Nua, who has been incredible every single time I’ve come in. He’s so friendly, patient, and accommodating, and he always makes me feel taken care of. You can tell he really cares about providing a great experience and representing the Hermès brand in the best way possible.
Overall, the whole team at Hermès Somerset makes the shopping experience feel effortless and enjoyable. It’s easily one of the most welcoming and professional Hermès locations I’ve been to!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Alina at Hermes Somerset over the past year, and I can’t speak highly enough of her. From the very first visit, she has been nothing short of amazing, offering an outstanding level of service that goes above and beyond what I expected.
As a young mom, I’m not your traditional Hermes client, and often bring my children along. Despite that, Alina has always made me feel welcomed, valued, and completely at ease. Have had nothing but great experiences here. All of the staff welcome you when you come into the door and are quick to help you. I normally see Alina and work with her, who is always nothing short of spectacular and a pleasure to work with! Alina is always so patient, such a warm personality, and is always asking about you or family. She’s the reason we always come back…it’s less about a sale, and more about a relationship. My wife and I think she’s the best and is always so helpful when looking for different items or gifts for family.
