Worker said the jeans Im returning is washed cus the tag.
I understand the new policy of tags attached.
However she saying that it looked washed... um shrek, look at all your incoming new items for jeans - they are all washed blue too.

I strongly advise against visiting this H&M location. I purchased an item that was damaged without realizing it until I returned home. When I went back to report the issue and requested a refund, the cashier informed me that they couldn't process it because the item was damaged. It's ironic that they sold me a damaged product but refused to accept it back. The manager, who failed to address the situation, displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of responsibility. Proper training is essential for management to effectively handle customer issues. Due to this poor experience, I will no longer be a customer here.

I recently visited H&M to return a shirt I had purchased for a friend . I couldn’t gift it to my friend because of some personal reason so decided to return it . I brought the receipt and all necessary documentation for the return. However, I was informed by the store staff that they could not process the return because the hanging tag on the shirt had been removed. They claimed it was part of their “new policy” that items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were purchased, including intact hanging tags.
At no point during the purchase was this policy communicated to me, and it is not mentioned on the receipt. I have never encountered such a return policy before, and I find it unreasonable. Customers should be clearly informed of policies like this at the time of purchase, either through signage, verbal communication, or written terms on the receipt.
When I asked to speak with the manager, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. While the manager eventually agreed to process my return as a “one-time exception,” the interaction left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. It is disappointing to experience this level of service and lack of clarity regarding store policies.
I strongly recommend that H&M take steps to ensure their return policies are clearly communicated to customers and that their staff are trained to handle such situations with courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has left me reluctant to shop at H&M in the future.

They what they are, fast fashion at a great price. They have what's trendy, and some things I'm not sure about but I'm not a fashionista by any means. We can always count on H&M for a solid selection of basics like jeans, t-shirts, and sweaters. Thus last time they had some really cute dresses on clearance from the holidays!

PLEASE, read this before you shop at any of the stores (especially 12 Oaks Mall, Novi). The employees are RUDE. Look, I know everyone has a bad day...but the entire staff all on the same day?! Every single person who worked there that I encountered seemed bothered when you asked a question. My biggest complaint.....OMG the cashier was eating food and trying to check us out at the same time. She was talking and chewing at the same time, acted like we were interrupting her by being there and ringing up clothes with greasy hands. WHAT?! Lastly, she said do you need bags? They are 10 cents each? Seriously. On principal alone...I declined so we walked out with all of our purchases on our arms. I was thinking, and mall security is ok with this? Classless. What is happening. USA is greedy people.
