Great experience with a great room!! Room is large and spacious, very clean, very well laid out, full kitchen area, comfy bed, pull out couch, nice bathroom.. The free breakfast was probably one of the best I've had. pancake station, pre made omelets, pre made egg sanwiches, multiple types of coffee and juice.. will definitely be going back!

This hotel is absolutely amazing!!! Extremely clean and well stocked rooms! Delicious breakfast selections! Friendly and helpful employees all over!Rooms: Extremely clean and well stocked!!!Walkability: Lots of restaurants within an easy less than 5 minute stroll!!!

Didn't use any service...but the rooms are like apartments! Kitchen, lilLiving, bigassBathrooms , and quite the sizable bed area.Staying in upper Detroit area/ Troy/ RO... This is a solid option my dudeRooms: Read commentNearby activities: Shopping mall, all the foods, highway close byWalkability: Maybe don't, unless you are getting chipotle or pizza n beers just nearby

Staying 5 nights and so far noticed on night 3 that people are cooking (with hot plates) so much in their rooms that different food smells linger into your room at night. Just had the smoke and fire alarms go off at 12:45am and can’t get back to sleep bc my room smells like burnt food. Updating this after finding a bug in the room and expired food in the breakfast center. Do not stay here!

Update: We stayed again, and had no issues at all. This place is fantastic.They said there was a full kitchen but there is no stove. However, they did offer us a hot plate… And refunded us a little $ due to the inconvenience. Overall, it was a nice stay. The bed was super comfortable so was the couch which folded out but we didn’t use that part.

Hotel was nice and clean, but Tiffany at the front desk was literally the most accommodating, friendly, nice, personable hotel staff I have ever seen. Definitely needs a raise because employees like that should be valued .

We needed to see the handicapped accessible rooms, and the front dest staff were fantastic!! We asked questions, got a tour, and were so pleased with the care and service of everyone there in Tuesday, October 10th, 2023.Thank you!!

Stayed for 1 night, had a great visit. Room was clean and beds were comfortable (including the pull out couch). The room had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, had a wide variety of foods to choose from. Pool was a little chilly and small but still fun. Loved that there were grills outside too.

Brand new hotel! I checked in on the app, I used the digital key, and I had no slowdown when prompted that my room was ready. Breakfast was pretty comprehensive - waffles, cereals, granola, juices, some hot items, and various breads/bagels.I will be back since the location is so convenient for office visits.Rooms: Very clean and virtually brand new.Nearby activities: Lots of restaurant choices nearby.Walkability: Lots of restaurant choices nearby.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurant choices nearby.

Heather and Brenda were very helpful during our stay. They went above and beyond for our hockey group. The rooms are big and clean and the atmosphere of the hotel was great. We would recommend staying here if you are travelling to this area.

The location, new development area.The hotel is nice, the guest service is ok.Took a while to check in due to the older lady not knowing how to use the computer much. Rooms were questionable, had a body odor smell, and wear a tear type of place. Pictures say it all, this is frist time we walked in to the room.Not as clean as it looks on the outside and pictures.We needed a place to stay for a dew days. Breakfast is good, the guy who makes breakfast is probably the best employee there. He took his time showing my son how to use the waffle maker and even guided him through it all down to the different toppings to put on them.My son burnt his finger on the waffle maker on our last day on accident and asked the front desk for anything to help and was told they don't have anything. (Fine now with ice and neosprone). First degree burn. Hotel charging $150+ should be better.As i tried to return the keys the 3 desk clerks just started at me behind their little nook and eventually one of them came out to ask me if i needed help. It was like they didnt want to work and thought i wouldn't see them behind the tinted see-through window ?

I stayed here with my wife Helen and son Josh the manager Heather and her assistant Earl were truly great. They treated my son with the upmost respect even when I knew he was a little out of control. We are so impressed with the service from Heather and Donna. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. They went above and beyond for our families and we would stay here again in a second! The patio is beautiful and was a great place to enjoy our dinner!
