I had an extremely frustrating experience at this Huntington Bank branch. Before visiting, I called ahead to confirm that I could open a business account with my EIN and completed state registration, even though I didn’t have physical copies of the documents. The representative assured me that this wouldn’t be an issue, so I made the trip to the branch.
When I arrived, the branch was completely empty, yet I still had to wait five minutes before a teller even acknowledged me. Then, I was told that without physical copies, they couldn’t help me—completely contradicting what I was told over the phone. To make matters worse, I had informed them of when I would be arriving, yet when I got there, I was told the bankers were busy on phone calls and I’d have to wait even longer.
This entire experience was a huge waste of my time due to miscommunication and poor service. If accurate information had been given from the start, I wouldn’t have made the trip at all. Very disappointed in how this branch operates and the lack of professionalism shown.

Their atm claimed to take my money but it was never deposited. This has happened more than once, highly wouldn’t recommend trusting this bank with your money.

Only the book number is the same in my business account.
The bank paid without checking the 3 checks because the business name and signature were different.
How can we trust and do business with a bank like this?
Everything seems to be a mess at the bank...
I was able to get the money back after over a year had passed and I was suffering from mental illness, stress, enteritis, and pneumonia. But they never apologized...

Staff is great! I always love doing business with the branch manager. She is always quick on her toes, processing my transactions, and handling my business with care and concerns. I am the only one that matters, "I'm the customer ", when I walk in the branch! What a super great attitude!

Out of all the TCF now Huntington bank my mom has ever been too she said that Chris has been the most welcoming, patient, and kind she has experienced before. Thank you Chris I appreciate you being patient with my mom, as her English isn’t that great, but you were so kind to her and that made her day!

Had the most terrible experience, awful customer service. If I could give the whole staff a 0 star I would. None of the staff knows what they are doing in there and are consistently whispering in each other's ears to ask other employees questions. If they don't know how to do their job they should probably be retrained. I have gone in this location multiple times due to convenience and every single time they they have been so rude. I had came in 25 minutes before close today due to my work schedule and had asked for some documents regarding a mortgage. They gave me half of them and the other half they told me I had to come back tomorrow. I had specifically got off work early to get these documents and out of pure laziness they didn't want to print me some printed check copies. I had left the branch at 4:45 and started heading home disappointed that I was only able to get half the documents I needed and at 4:57 the teller calls me to say she has the documents printed out. I think that they just wanted me to leave and have to come back out of just to be rude and evil. Another weird thing that happened was a few days ago a guy working at the branch had signed a transaction paper for me and then I had another one printed out today and then the lady said she wasn't able to sign it. It was very strange one person said they could sign something and the other said they couldn't and it was the same exact document but just with different dates. People need to get their stuff straight here because one person was saying they cannot stamp or sign any documents and another person a few days before was saying they can sign documents but cannot stamp them. Another thing I would like to add is one of the ladies here was trying to tell me I had to pay for a bank statement when any other time I needed once it was free of charge....this place is an absolute disaster. Would never recommend to a friend or a family member to go here even if it was the last bank of earth. I've banked with huntington for about 10 years and have never had any issues at any of their other branches. This group of staff sure has one big attitude towards their customers. It's truly sad they are treating them this way and if I was the owner and seen what was going on today none of them would have a job the next day. It's unfortunate that everyone is some desperate for staff right now that they will even take people that treat their customers like garbage.

The terrible customer service at this location is insurmountable. Not only does my place of employment use this location for all of their banking, and I have an existing Huntington account; this location refused to cash the check from my employer. I was absolutely befuddled. I have had no issues with cashing these checks at other locations, or depositing into my account for the past 2 years. My employer was just as confused as to why they wouldn't cash it either, and even agrees that it was absolutely inexcusable, since the funds were available to cash the check.
