Terrible experience returning clothes I bought online. The person at the register was rude, zero patience and annoyed like she was doing me a favor. She was wearing a red beanie, short blonde hair with a braid.

Shopping for a spring break trip, and was helped by Cameron. What a great guy. I’ve never had such a kind salesman. He humbly offered help but was never pushy and allowed me to think and walk around the store without having cloths shoved infront of me. Made the shopping experience so great and he even swapped out something I was going to buy for a newer version of the same item. Anybody going to J Crew make sure you ask for Cameron and your for sure going to have a relaxing experience shopping.

Absolute worst experiences with this store. Staff is rude and unhelpful and straight up lied to me trying their best to waste my time. Never spending money at J Crew again.

I'm only writing this review to say that the last review is incorrect- no one at the Somerset J.Crew Retail location is named Jess.
There is, however, someone named Jess who works at the FACTORY location. The J.Crew Factory is also on Big Beaver Rd, and in Troy, but it is not located in Somerset mall.

2 stars solely for the poor service provided by the manager Jess. She was totally disinterested, was not listening, not answering my concerns to the point of being condescending. Was sassy and had a poor attitude. Love J Crew too much not to come back, but this location needs the manager to get a refresher on customer service! Not happy…

Rude staff. I was looking for a size in the men's department on a table of folded polo style shirts. The woman stood next to me and was straightening them as I was looking.....Hello....I'm still here looking.....Rude, will never return

Someone stole my shoes that were ordered for store pick up. No one was accountable for what happened or even offered to facilitate getting my money back. I had to call customer service & take care of it myself. Not impressed with this store.

I took a $45 under ride especially to jcrew. I went in and found something I liked, told them I’d be back. Had dinner came back at 7:15 and they were closing. The lady working was very nice but the males were not. Stared at me through the door with people still in the store and said closed.

Such great service. Our sales rep knew sizes just by looking at us and pulled the perfect sizes. Gave us sales prices. The clothes are super high quality and will last a long time.
