If I had the option to give ZERO stars I totally would. On numerous occasions I’ve had horrible interactions with Laura (older lady with dark straight hair). She’s useless, has the worst attitude and quite frankly always thinks she’s right. This store needs to do better with their customer service.

It's the only Janie and Jack in Metro Detroit. Plz do a better job with customer service! People like me drive almost an hour just for the collection.
